I was immediately assisted by the Manager Victor who passed me off to Jazmine, who was amazing . This was a 3-way call with a tmobile rep who was confused about the process. It was time to upgrade three phones and did not want to encounter a hassle as in years past. If you want to be treated with respect & the utmost kindness, look for Jen to assist you. Jen went above and beyond the norm to get everything handled in one visit. Not only did she take her time to make sure we were happy with our transaction but she also was multitasking and assisting others while we waited. No one was left unattended. It was a busy day (Veterans' Day). Jen's personable demeanor and friendly smile is what made a difference, and I absolutely will be returning to this AT&T location. “We went to port my parents new phone, and the sevice staff Javier helped us, the whole experience we had was smooth and friendly. My parents tranfered their service from other carrier which they weren't very happy with. So even the transfer experience from that Carrier which you can image not well.
