Vaijayanti was very helpful and kind throughout the process- from the dress selection through customization and now as we work through final fittings. I’m 5’9 so she helped me get a longer dress and add a custom belt that fit my figure better! I founded her to be extremely responsive and able to work with my needs. I also love knowing that if I need any adjustments before my wedding (which is a few months away) I can go to her locally for help as she has an in-house tailor.Highly recommend to other brides!”

“Came into Torrid to pick up an order I had purchased online. I had it sent to the store so I would get free shipping. I as soon as I walked in the door, I found a black sequence dress that caught my eye and it was nice that it was buy one item, get one item 75% off. so I bought the dress and a winter white soft cote for those special events. employees are very welcome and as soon as you walk in the door. The young girl behind the counter was very helpful in helping me find Christmas items and getting my order ready.Clearance was an additional 60% off, which was a bargain, however, I didn't find anything in the clearance section today, sigh.”

Have the best selection of boots and hats in the area.Bought a bull hide hat a few years back and after a long and hot summer it lost its shape and brought it in to get reshaped. They didn’t charge me (unexpected) since I bought it from them. And did a great job at shaping and cleaning up the hat. Looks brand new. “I purchased a 49er hat from Jeans Plus and wore it to the game. It is a beautiful SnapBack. The plastic piece on the left side of the back of the hat had become unstitched. I brought it back to the shop. The owner after discussion asked me to leave the hat and he would see if he could get it fixed. He fixed the hat and it is again beautiful. I appreciate the customer service and jeans plus going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I've been buying clothes and other items for my son from Jeans Plus for many years. I will continue to do business with this establishment.”

“This place is one of the best thrifting areas I've ever gone to. It's a bit on the smaller side, but it's better than those big thrift stores. Prices are a bit higher, but the items are vintage. They even have changing rooms in there. I like the style of the store. You'll probably find some clothing that could fit kids too, if you search. The clothing is really stylish and it's better than one of those huge thrifting stores. Staff is kind, and patient.”
