“Love the baby gap jeans with those soft, elastic waistbands—they're definitely the most comfortable jeans for little kids that I've found. The only register open was in the main section of the store; I wish they'd included some signage on the baby section register explaining where to go to check out, I wasted time hovering around, looking for a staff person to help me there before I thought to check the adjacent areas.”

“I have been buying from this store for a while now. My kids love this store and the merchandise. I find good deals. I loved working with Amber then I got to know Alejandro and Jay. They are so nice and sweet. They take their time to explain the deals and how the coupons work. I go back because of them. There are new employees that are weird. One asked me why I like working with Alejandro, to which I said because he is nice and explains the deals to me. He makes the effort to help my purchase go smoothly. For example, I didn't know about an expiration date for coupons because I didn't it read it. I think there are ways to say things. She said the same thing but in a different way like she didn't want me to use it. That's why I prefer to work with them and not the weird ones. They don't know me and don't even bother to get to know me. One of them was wearing a t-shirt with an offensive message: "I shave my balls for this." Anyone is free to wear whatever but if you use it during your working hours then you are representing Hot Topic while wearing it. Honestly, not appealing since there are many children at the store that read that message. MJ”

The items are beautiful, from jeans, t-shirts, sweaters, etc. There are also various accessories. I really like long or short jeans, the cut fits and is comfortable to wear. Durable too. “I can't say enough about what wonderful service I received from Valentina. She was prompt, professional, polite, and courteous. She has a very high IQ for making friends out of strangers and making you feel like you are more than just a customer but a good friend. I feel so lucky to have walked into the store informally. “This place used to be called Callas Cosmetics & Gifts. But it is a good change as I like the new owner much more. This place is located conveniently in the square where Walgreen also is. It is also one of the few places that carry Shiseido products for both women and men. For those with particular skin needs, this place has great products to address those issues especially with lotions or special facial cleaners. The store owner is also quite nice. She gives out small gifts if you meet certain purchase levels. This particular owner is especially generous, so if you build good relationship with her, you will get many more small gifts and samples, which would go a long way. All in all, I find this place to have great selections of skincare products.”

“The store seems to be much better managed after the pandemic. I went into the store for an exchange of the clothes I purchased online. The staff knows the in-store and online inventory accurately and helped me with a return and repurchase online with a price match. For some reason the purchase was successful but the return didn't go though and I found out only later back at home. I called the store manager and she was a great helper. Moments later she resolved the issue and sent credit back. I have to say many retailers' customer service in the area I live have significantly degraded nowadays but BR valley fair fortunately bucks the trend.”

“Zumiez customer service is fabulous! Sabrina and Sarah were excellent at resolving my ordering problem and arranging my seamless return and refund. I also spoke with one other person but neglected to document his name. He was also terrific. Great communication with all. I called a few times as it was a bit complicated on my end, and each time they immediately had access to my information from prior calls so we could keep moving forward. Nice job!!”

“I've been coming here awhile and think it's probably the best Lacoste store in the area. Well, there aren't that many to begin with, and most of them are outlets, but this is a good one. Store is clean and staff is friendly and informative. Size is a bit on the smaller size and the new location in the Great Mall is much larger, but this one has better service by a mile. Lacoste is one of the better clothing brands according to me, so I really enjoy their product. Great location.”

“Reiss is one of my current favorite brands for menswear.The clothing and design are simple yet sophisticated. Very modern and versatile for daily wear. I love the shirts, especially short-sleeve-printed button-ups. Their tee shirts are nice too. The staff here are super friendly and always welcoming. I've had multiple different team members help me on separate occasions. They try to communicate with the consumer, and for me, I've only had pleasant conversations. Reiss also has women's clothing. “I had a great experience here getting a hanbok for my daughter last minute for lunar new year. The owner was really nice and let me exchange a hanbok that I bought that ended up being too small and let me switch up the top and skirt of a couple sets until I found a combo I really liked. Prices were competitive and the quality of the handbook was great. Really happy!”

“Came in peak Saturday afternoon. There was a line outside the door but we didn't have to wait too long. We were assigned to Giovanni and immediately hit it off. He was very friendly and offered us beverages while we shopped. We were looking for a wallet and he was able to find the exact one we wanted. Giovanni was awesome. “This is one of the stores I must stop in when shopping @ Valley Fair. Love all the clothing, accessories, home decor, and even candles sold here. Customer service is sometimes friendly and sometimes not, but not awful. The shop is very spacious with a nice layout. Love looking at all the styles in trend. This stop is not as big as the Stanford location and does not carry furniture nor plants/terranium merchandise. It's located on the newer wing of Valley Fair.”
