I want to give a shout out to Jeoni he was so patient, knowledgeable,, kind, and made sure that all our needs were met, getting three new cell phones. He made it fast and easy. It was the best experience we have ever had at a Verizon store! Such a delight as a representative at Verizon! Thanks again for all your help!

Great customer service! The only complaint is they didn't have Sunday football on any of the big screens for visiting customers.
