I went into the store considering whether to downsize a large McIntosh system to a high-end all-in-one AVM product (Audio High is the only local AVM dealer). Rolie and Dan spent a *lot* of time with me over two visits, and were incredibly patient as I auditioned record after record, CD after CD, and various streaming sources. They also bent over backwards to construct a very generous trade-in value for my Mac stack.When all was said and done, I decided that I'm not yet ready to part with my blue meters (I've loved a lot of McIntosh gear over the years). Rolie and Dan were incredibly gracious about my decision not to purchase the AVM piece (which is exceptional, BTW) despite the significant time they invested in the potential sale. I will not hesitate to go back to Audio High when the time is right (or if I want to upgrade any of the non-Mac pieces of the system). Simply put, Rolie and Dan are a class act.”

“Back in Nov 2023 I switched carriers over to T mobile for my family in which we have 5 lines because of the great promos that T mobile was offering to switch carriers. Well I noticed that I was not receiving the promos promised in my first billing statement but customer service told me it would take a few billing cycles before all the promos promised would be reflected correctly. Needless to say each time I call customer service for assistance they would tell me that I needed to go into the store. So I have gone back to this store about a half a dozen times from Dec 2023 to Feb 2024 and worked with Leo T. at the store to try and get things straightened out with the promotions thru customer service. This is a shout out to Leo T. at the Almaden store because each and every time he has helped me. He is a pleasant, professional, and competent individual and if it wasn’t for Leo T. awesome customer service I would seriously think about leaving T mobile as it has been a very trying experience of taking over 4 months and still waiting for all of my promised promotions to take into effect.”

Brad has been very helpful in providing advice on repairs and parts, like making sure you have a 1050 diagnostics disk for when you want to replace a track zero sensor in a drive. Anyway, I have been able to repair devices with parts from Best, and it is great they are still in business.”

“I love shopping at Target, especially after Halloween when they have amazing deals. I always scan the items to make sure they are really discounted. I got some stuff for 90% off! This store is not the best though. The front part is messy and crowded, but it gets better as you go further in. The weirdest thing I saw was that they had locked up the men's clothing, but not the alcohol. That makes no sense to me. Why would anyone steal a shirt or a pair of socks? I wish this Target had more stuff in stock too. Sometimes I can't find what I need.”
