Zero accountability... staff claims faulty filer then wrong filter.. oil leaking on brand new 2023 truck..changed filer and top off oil.. at first they offered a new oil change but then changed there mind after manger showed up. pure greed... and incompetent staff.

My husband brought my car to the shop and we were both satisfied by the friendly service. However, our whole bill was $300 so we expect it to be perfect. We got home and found this. Kindly be more careful.
