“Brian and Bubba are tremendous! Found them on Yelp and they delivered! I had a Volvo going in for a smog check and it was failing so I needed a mechanic to diagnose and fix the problem. These guys are super friendly and honest. They ran their diagnostics and found at least one problem that was fixed with a simple remedy (new gas cap). Then they had me run through some exercises with car before making sure the car was ready for the smog test. 20 mins later went to a smog station and it passed! Thanks guys! “Bristish & German Autoworks never disappoints! My Range Rover needed a new battery and new headlights. I brought my RR in and was greeted by very friendly staff. I explained to John the situation and was very happy to find out that they had the battery and headlights in stock! I didn’t have to leave my RR overnight, which I was very pleased about. John answered all my questions effectively and was very helpful. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. They got the job done and I was out of there in no time! “Okay.This place is so great. I needed to get a smog quickly.The lady who answered the phone was nice, informative, and to the point. After the phone call I drove right over and was seen right away, like they said they would. Not some, 'sure come over and we'll see you', then im waiting for 30 mins to be seen - which seems to be the model most people choose these days. This place did what they said they would do. It's odd that this means so much, but it's something that does matter. I was getting ready for vacation and had to squeeze this appointment in, and for them to actually see me right away when they said they could means a lot.The cost of service was very affordable, and the appointment was as long as they said it would be, if not a tad shorter. They also were able to digitally send my info to the DMV.Overall, I'll be back for my next smog and will definitely recommend these people 10 out of 10 times!”

I had some specific issues identified at another mechanic and dealership, but their description and prices were suspect so I was looking for a second opinion.I came to MM Auto Techs with an appointment and was quickly processed. Alan came out to get specifics from me and then his team went to work. A reasonable amount of time later Alan came out to explain their findings, much more thoroughly than anyone had before. I'm not a car guy, but I try to have a general understanding of them and Alan explained the issues very clearly and in a simple enough format for me to understand. They finished up the repairs and asked me to stop by some weeks later for a quick free evaluation to double check some of the issues.Overall a great experience, the office and waiting area are very nice. Decorated with Chinese decor and burning incense. There is free wifi and computers if you want to work while you wait.”

“I came here for the first time after taking my car to Audi SD and Audi Escondido. Audi quoted me $1100 for a 50k inspection. My experience with Audi customer service and their Service Dept has been frustrating, to say the least. My very first encounter with Auto Tech was over the phone with Maria, who was so nice and extremely helpful. Took my car for said inspection and oil change. Customer service was excellent and I didn't need anything done but an oil change and my wipers replaced. It didn't cost me $1100. They also provided recommended services for the next 5k miles and with a quote. Will definitely be returning!”

“Elite Service is the best place for Toyota and Lexus Service. It takes so much stress off of me that these guys take care of our company and my personal vehicles. We drive a ton of miles being that we our mobile for our business. Our vehicles have to run and Elite makes sure the cars are running better than they were new. They are honest and the prices are very competitive. I do no have to worry when they are checking every inch of the car. They are very knowledgeable and they have master technicians. Their location is very convenient and there is plenty of parking. The parking lot is nicely paved and you dont feel like you have to cram your car through tiny alleys like some other places we used to go. That is such a relief as well.”
