“My car was broken into on a Sunday. The back rear door window was smashed leaving me to try and find a place to repair it. I called majesty auto on Sunday and they were closed however the owner answered my call and I told him what happened and even tho he was closed he offered to open his shop for me on his day off so I could safely park and leave my car in his shop to work on it on Monday. He also even offered a ride back home to my husband and I, which we declined because cmon just opening for us alone and letting me leave my car there so it was safe, I was super appreciative but then to also offer a ride... I didn't want to put him out anymore. Monday I get a call at 12 that the car was ready!!! Super fast! Matched my tint and the cost was reasonable. It's hard to find businesses with this type of customer service! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

“Wally is amazing! I called him in a panic, because my back side door window decided to malfunction and then fall inside the door frame. Sounded like something cracked and the motor was not working. I wanted to assess the problem fully and compare quotes before committing and Wally was very patient and professional. Wally's price was by far the most reasonable and he was very prompt. Needed to replace my front windshield on my 2021 BMW M2 Competition and received instructions and quotes within minutes of inquiry (it was late on a weekend as well). They were listed as a shop on progressive's list which makes things much easier and didn't require reimbursement so all I had to pay was deductible. I also wanted OEM so they picked up the windshield at the local BMW dealer and installed the next day. They definitely want to earn your business. Highly recommend and will be bringing all future rock chips or windshield replacements here.”
