“It's highly recommended to have an appointment when you visit here. Walk-ins are a very time consuming process. Appointments can be simply taken by visiting a day prior, via their app or website. Most of the staff here are super friendly like Amanda, Deby.. Still some others are lil on the slow side..still okay..
One major point of improvement would be a check-in system to manage the customers. Once you enter there will be hardly anyone to guide you..at times the security may ask you to sit..still again you have to go to some staff and ask for help afterwards especially in busy hours..”

“The day I went to the bank it was very busy someone said it was because the date we were on was the first of the month. I didn't go inside, I just went to the ATM, and there was a big line. There were three ATM machines but only one was being used when it was finally my turn, I realized that one was out of order and the other one was not being used after some one said it was out of order too, but, i notice it wasn't. The system was quite slow, and I think it is due to the great demand there was for withdrawals , deposits, and other transactions on this particular day. This is something beyond the control of man.”
