“I've been with FFCU since 1997 and have ALWAYS received the best service plus no monthly account fees. I have purchased 2 cars through their loan dept with interest rates that could not be beat. Best is the online app--extremely easy to use and always accessible--love being able to deposit checks online--with my phone. My Iphone has face recognition, so unless I'm wearing my mask, I can easily check my account balances, transfer funds, etc. Can't understand the other reviewers that say their money is not accessible Mine always is.”

“This Wells Fargo Bank in Montclair used to be my go-to bank whenever I needed to help my Mom with exchanging small bills to larger bills. However, several months back they closed on the weekends... not sure why... maybe due to staffing issues as a result of COVID-19... who knows.Prior to their weekend closures, I had very good experiences with this bank. It's a good size bank... lots of space inside. Bank tellers were pleasant and smiley... that's always nice. They made the transactions go very smooth. They were staffed with 4-5 bank tellers at a time which was great especially on the weekends. Security guard at the front entrance was friendly and helpful. Its location was perfect because it's near the place where I would pick up my Mom from for our Saturday San Gabriel Valley food run LOL.Maybe one day, they'll reopen it back up on the weekends. Until then, I'll be going to another Wells Fargo Bank. Happy Banking!”

Lately I have been shopping around for auto financing. I spoke with Justin here at the Montclair branch. He was incredibly competent, professional, and straightforward while also being friendly. Justin did not hesitate to take his time and thoroughly explain everything. Really great experience overall.”

“I came to Citibank to open an account and separate one for CD. A wonderful man named Samuel helped me get start by opening a CD account. He was was very professional and kind person who took the time to explain to me everything. Then walked me over to this nice lady named Jarmain and she opened an account for me as well she was very nice and professional. Over all I got a very classy positive feeling about the place and the ambiance was serene and peaceful not like other shabby banks.”

There weren't long lines, but I was standing in the lobby with a lost look. Christopher saw me and came out to ask what I needed. I explained, and he spend about 20 minutes helping me unravel it -- successfully. Best customer service I've had at a bank in ages.”
