“I want to report that my experience with OneWest has been beyond excellent due to the trust that was built with my "personal banker" Jeannie Valencia. I started out having an investment account with her as my investment counselor recommended I call her to open a money market account that at the time was offering a good rate. She was so personable, kind and professional that I felt she really had my back when it came to my money to the point that I took all of my and my husband's accounts out of BofA and transferred everything to One West and Jeannie. BUT I just went in there the other day to find out she is no longer with One West and that the bank will "assign" me another banker. I don't want just another banker. I've worked all my life for the money I have and will not entrust it to a stranger who is "assigned" to me. Sadly, I now feel I need to search for another bank in which I can receive comparable individual service (which won't be easy since my standards are now high)...BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!”

“This bank was located inside of the ranch market which is at the corner of psyton and chino Avenue in the rolling ridge plaza. It is not easy to take photographs of banks since they have security policies however I did my best. It seems that the bank is small and it's possible that this one location that is inside the store also has its own separate entrance. They do have an ATM outside which is nice.”

“I've been a Wells Fargo customer since 1989. I've visited a lot of branched over the years, this one is by far one of my favorites. I always get in and out in a timely manner, the staff there is great. Won't change to any other site as long as they are open.”

“I came to this Wells Fargo Bank to make a deposit via ATM in the evening. It has 3 ATMs for use. Their ATMs now accept up to 200 bills and it has a big opening kind of bin that you place the bills in. They used to only allow 30 bills at a time which was such a hassle and inconvenience for me especially when I had lots of bills to deposit. Finally, they have enhanced this feature. I am grateful. Thank you Wells Fargo!!! This location is very well lit. It's conveniently located in the same plaza as Young Dong Tofu, Pho N Mor, and Nobibi Ice Cream. It's only a 2 minute drive from The Shoppes of Chino Hills. If you run out of cash while you're eating and/or shopping, Wells Fargo to the rescue LOL. I'll be returning to use their ATM as needed when I'm in the area.”

To those who complain on this bank, take your accts. to the extremely, horrible bank on the corner of the intersection....x America.
