This UPS store in particular on California in Pasadena is efficient, reliable and the employees are knowledgeable as well as friendly. There is a different UPS store closer to my home that I avoid bc it does not compare.

Everyone there is so nice and friendly! They seem like they genuinely enjoy being there and helping the customers. If you need help they help you. It's the only UPS store I will go to in Pasadena! Those who know know! This is the UPS store you want to go to !
