They were able to get 45 bounded booklets of 50+ pages done by 10am the next day. There are not many places left that would do such a short turn around. I'd recommend either of them to train the other staff members on customer service. They go above and beyond for the customers and make sure you are taken care of. 4 stars from 3 stars.03/12/24:I have been to this location more than a few times, and I held off on reviewing it to give them the benefit of the doubt.While I understand working at UPS is not the happiest way to spend your time, the majority of the staff seems upset to be there.More than once, while I was being helped, staff openly had conversations about customers calling them dumb and things of that nature.I do want to mention that some of the staff is cordial and seems to enjoy helping customers. Moreover, they offer a variety of services and have packing materials for sale in case you need it.I will continue to come into the store and update my review over time. I notice the owner of this location responds to reviews with feedback and comments. I am hopeful that I will be able to give this location 5 stars in the near future.In the interim, I am leaving this review while being as objective and unbiased as feasible, having only made first-hand observations known through this review and not calling out individual employees by name.”

I had Amazon returns and didn’t follow directions and they really helped me out with no issues, and they were so nice about it. I recommend this location highly.
