She flawlessly ships time-sensitive, important documents all over the world, and does great with any mailing and shipping needs. Her store is at 995 E. Green St., close to the sadly understaffed Catalina Post Office Branch. No need to wait in line there. Linda provides everything from stamps and many shipping choices to wrapping and mail-box rental. I have been a customer at Post & Package for years. Linda knows her stuff and truly cares. You can trust her to take excellent care of you.”

“WOW! I just visited Box City. I go regularly for all my boxing, shipping, packing, and moving needs. They just did an amazing reset of the space and it is fantastic. Also a much needed redo of the staff. New sharp, helpful, super customer oriented team members helped me with everything I needed. They wore uniform polo shirts and were extremely knowledgeable. Before you would get a grunt greeting, maybe. Big shout out to Sako and Jordie. They were both amazing, and they double teamed me on answering questions. Funny thing, the reset now better showcases everything they offer. Stuff I thought was new was reg merchandise that I couldn't see because of the clutter. Now you get a clean, bright, fresh looking environment. It makes me want to come back. BTW, they have great gift boxes in all sizes, from tiny jewelry to big stuffed animal sizes and tissue. You won't find everything for gift wrapping but you will find a lot. Mostly packing and storage and shipping items.”

“Update: 03/14/24Went in today, and received great customer service from Victor. I'd like to highlight Victor and Nathalie as two of the best employees at this location. I'd recommend either of them to train the other staff members on customer service. They go above and beyond for the customers and make sure you are taken care of. 4 stars from 3 stars.03/12/24:I have been to this location more than a few times, and I held off on reviewing it to give them the benefit of the doubt.While I understand working at UPS is not the happiest way to spend your time, the majority of the staff seems upset to be there.More than once, while I was being helped, staff openly had conversations about customers calling them dumb and things of that nature.I do want to mention that some of the staff is cordial and seems to enjoy helping customers. Moreover, they offer a variety of services and have packing materials for sale in case you need it.I will continue to come into the store and update my review over time. I notice the owner of this location responds to reviews with feedback and comments. I am hopeful that I will be able to give this location 5 stars in the near future.In the interim, I am leaving this review while being as objective and unbiased as feasible, having only made first-hand observations known through this review and not calling out individual employees by name.”

“I have been to 4 post office locations in the city of Pasadena CA. This one by far has the most friendliest and helpful staff out of all the locations I have been to! Seriously, I have received attitude and even hostility at 2 of the 3 other post office locations that I have done business at. If you need to do any business with the USPS in the city of Pasadena CA, this is the location you want to go to!”

“My brother and I are in the exotic car business in Los Angeles, ( dismantling, body work, mechanic, sales, leasing. Etc) About a year and half ago a high end client of mine from Nevada arranged the pickup and delivery of his new Lamborghini, and that is the first time I worked with CEC they were hired by my client, from their very time efficient work and knowledge of what they were doing and how professional the drivers were I was amazed. Sam the operations Manager was great always keeping me and the client updated on the status, after liking what I saw and the way Sam would operate and manage every load I knew I finally found my guys. Now Sam manages all my shipments in the 48 states and as well as out of country shipments. Great guy to work with and the drivers are highly trained. I am at peace of mind knowing my cars are in safe hands when being transported all across the us. I would not trust any other comp0any with multi million dollars' worth of cars to be delivered anywhere beside Sam and his team. My clients always show their appreciation to me for the great handling and delivery I provide but the real people to thank for that is Sam and the team at CEC. I would recommend CEC Logistics for any personal or commercial use if you need stuff moved in a professionally and time efficient manner. Great service, very professional, very knowledgeable of how and what to do to make things work (loading/unloading) and not to sound like a penny pincher also very affordable prices compared to other big companies, cheaper and much better service. Cant be any more happier with them and the services.”

“I come here often to ship odd returns or packages and they are so incredibly fast, helpful, and kind. I had Amazon returns and didn’t follow directions and they really helped me out with no issues, and they were so nice about it. I recommend this location highly. TV e parking can be a bit tough but you get used to it if you go at a time when they’re not too busy (later in the afternoons).”

“I've had positive interactions the past couple of times I've been to this Fedex, mainly to mail equipment. Getting the QR code online makes it very easy and same with printing and picking up. The quality of printing has always been pretty good for the most part as long as I stay in the margins. Fedex pricing is a little high compared to other mail carriers but they will package everything for you which is a great plus.”

“I come here a lot to send out packages and most of the time the wait is no longer than a few minutes. However, they usually only have one person at the desk so when enough people go in at the same time it gets pretty packed.The actual building is beautiful, which is cool. There's also many shipping supplies if you need or forgot something.”
