“Needed a document notarized last week. Although I have mailed packages from Mail Call, I didn't realize they offered notary services. I walked in and the employee (I think it was Tyler) was on the phone and I had to wait a few minutes. I was impressed by how professional he was while speaking to the customer. It only took a few minutes to get my paperwork notarized. So convenient! Want to add that although the UPS Store in Westchester also provides notary service, you need to make an appointment. Mail Call was easier for me since I was just able to walk in. Thanks for the great, friendly service!”

I requested to have 3 kpop posters and a fanmade concert banner laminated in the copy & print department. Jessica was very transparent, professional and accommodating to the available laminating services (particularly with the available thickness of lamination) and when my order would be completed in a timely fashion. I told them I needed it completed within two days and said it might be finished the next day. Michael, the printing manager, was truly helpful and assisted in measuring the dimensions of my posters and banner. They were truly professional as they handled my posters with care and were transparent about the slight charges for trimming the posters. Honestly, I'd rather have them trim the correct dimensions instead of cutting them myself incorrectly. The next day, I received a text notification that my posters were ready. I decided to pick them up the day after (2 days after I placed the order.) I was allowed to pay in advance and it was only $24.00 for my entire laminated order! On the day I picked it up, Jay was on duty and they were also very polite as they presented my posters. They were rolled up and made sure I double check to see if the lamination was done correctly. And yes, they were trimmed proportionally and the laminated posters looked phenomenal. I believe these posters can last for many years to come! Thank you to everyone in the copy & print service department especially to Jessica, Michael and Jay for completing my orders in a timely manner.”
