3000 El Camino Real Ste 100, Palo Alto“Arriving in US can be intimidating, especially when it comes to the banking system, but I was lucky getting support from Amjad to guide and educate me. I recommend!”
“This is actually a great branch. I don't bank at Wells Fargo after a number of bad experiences with the bank, but my dad does, and I've been doing some banking for him at this branch. The tellers here are friendly and efficient. The manager even came over and introduced themself when I stopped in.”
“I've been a member of SFCU for about 20 years. The Customer Support has always been above par. My most recent encounter was no different. My son and I were helped by 'Jenny' at the Palo Alto branch. She took the time to help us with our accounts, answer question, and explain to my son, in great detail, everything he needed to know about credit cards and his options for saving money. We never felt rushed, and she had clear answers for all of our questions. You can't ask for more than that in a banking experience. Note: I only give four stars because I have to drive an hour to visit the nearest branch. But I realize that's not their fault.”
“I had a wonderful experience here! The staff, particularly a gentleman who efficiently organized everything, was excellent at communicating the waiting times to each customer. Additionally, there was an elegant lady (bilingual speaker) who provided exceptional and considerate service. She was very patient and thorough in explaining how to open a new bank account.”
“Jing and the staff here are absolutely amazing. 10/10 service - they know what they’re talking about and go out of their way to proactively find solutions.
Not going anywhere else.”
“Brian C. is an excellent employee; he is helpful, cordial, competent, and respectful. His GREAT customers' services need to be recognized and commended. Thank You, Tech CU @Palo Alto !”
“First time visited this branch today, all staff were so friendly and helpful. Michelle, Teresa, Jing, Cindy, and the manager (sorry I forgot your name) :-) Thank you all! Highly recommend!”

300 Hamilton Ave, Palo Alto“I want to thank Cynthia Monterroso for the customer service she provided to us. She highly represents values like going above and beyond to help a customer, being always open and customer oriented. I trust Chase will overcome any difficulties if they continue to hire and train such employees.”
“The guy wanted to say thank you so much! you are doing your job great! you deserve a bonus and a raise. I am glad that I opened a card of your bank! Thank you !!!”
“Cecelia helped me with opening a new account, it was close to closing time but she made a last minute appointment for me.
She is very nice, easy to talk even though I can't speak English fluently, and she made sure to take care everything we needed.
Actually everyone I saw here seemed nice. Thank you Cecelia!”
“Paul Sun is my banker, who moved to the Palo Alto office after the Mountain View location closed down. I have worked with Paul the past 3 years and I have always found him terrific! Paul is consistently very professional and resourceful and he always considers what's in my best interest and the best interest of my family. He is why I will continue to consider Wells Fargo my primary bank, and why I am loyal to Wells Fargo, even though I have accounts at other banks. Thank you, Paul, for all that you do!”
“I don't think the 1Star ratings that have been given so far reflect the level of service I have received so far. Sure it takes a little bit of getting used to when you walk into a bank and the tellers aren't in a cage with a cash drawer but hey get used to it. They all want you to use on-line banking and the Versateller machines for deposits and withdrawals. Get used to it. The staff working there is nice and trying their best to help. Some of them have been there for years... since long before the takeover of Union Bank by US Bank and they are doing a great job and are as pleasant as ever.”

“Swooped and guided by Ms. Anju Nigam, the branch manager, I was welcomed to the office to help me understand the latest rates for longterm deposits. Though most transactions can be managed at the ATM or online, there is a continued need for human judgment and personal clarification of the "small font" details that impact, deposits, withdrawals and penalties. Most importantly, especially in these uncertain financial times, one needs guidance to plan emergency access with least hassle and cost. Ms. Nigam was patient, cool, collected, low-key and carried a conversation discreetly and preserving the "sanctity" of our conversations. Best of all, in offering personalized service, she helped us bon as we chatted about our grandchildren. Thank you!”

“great new addition to marsh manor shopping center! i'm at this shopping center 2-3 (sometimes 4) times a week to practise yoga, and this branch is just a few doors down, super convenient if i need to grab some cash or speak to a rep since this is a full-service banking center. they've been open for 3 weeks, but their grand opening was yesterday, may 14, 2018. i stopped in to take care of a few things, and was assisted by 3 different team members who were friendly, courteous and only too eager to assist. everyone there seemed quite happy to be in this new location...heck, i would be too if everything was sparkling and brand-spanking new! parking can be a tad tricky depending on the hour of the day...in the morning, there's usually plenty of parking, but later in the day, be prepared to circle or possibly park on the street since this shopping center gets pretty full in the late afternoon/evening.”

“The credit union has been my bank for the last 16 years, and we worked with them for a mortgage. They (Meenakshi Rastogi and Wanda Ruffin) are knowledgeable and very flexible. The rate was competitive too. I am so glad to choose to work with Stanford Federal Credit Union. Thank you all!”
