“Just a couple of days ago, I walked into the Stanford campus SCFU branch for the first time. within short moments was accosted and invited by Michelle Matias to an office to assist with my planned deposits. I was confused about CDs versus money market accounts and mostly about liquidity of cash. Michelle was not only knowledgeable but with clarity, she helped me make wise and informed decisions. It may be true that a lot of this information is on the web, but I need my questions answered directly without "FAQs". Michelle is a personable bank officer, who provided personal attention and with meticulous attention help me complete my tasks. Now, with hindsight, I feel and remain comfortable, relieved and reassured. Thank you, SCFU for having such a well-trained staff. Bravo.”
