The Front Desk, Alice, was also very friendly and helpful. My taxes are comparatively easy and I come organized. Therefore, I did not expect a very high bill and received an eminently fair charge for their services. Note: This was a transfer from another Palo Alto accounting firm that I felt was gouging me for the amount of service they rendered for the past number of years.”

“The front desk is no more helpful than that at other investment firms (eg., eTrade, Charles Schwab), but I have a very good CFA, Teresa Lee, whom I can call anytime. My one big complaint about Fidelity Palo Alto is that it is on University Avenue. What a nightmare to get to that office!”
