Staff are always sweet, accomodating, and super helpful. Plus all their merchandize are organized, well-taken care of and reasonable priced so I dont feel overwhelmed at all. Other than jewerly, they have a lot of beautiful furniture, glassware, instruments, and so many found things that would definitely sing to you. Its been my guilty pleasure coming here but hey, everytime I go out, I have something that makes me happy.”

“So there I was... in desperate search and need of a mattress and knowing nothing of the such. My mattress was over 20 years old and boy was I glad to meet Carlson. Also known as Carl, if you're into that whole brevity thing. I was greeted and wowed by the exceptional service and knowledge demonstrated by Carl. Not only was Carl VERY knowledgeable, courteous and exceptional in sharing his passion for mattresses and all things bedding, he made us feel at home in a bed that we've never even been in before. He then proceeded to show us a nice mattress. And a then nicer mattress, all the while explaining the innards of a coil, coil count, coil density, with relation to mattress sizes and price points within each different brand as well as each brand's unique niche in the market (e.g. sealy is all hand made!) And then before we knew it our choice was clear -- Carl For PRESIDENT!I got the bed he is in. Obviously--It was a no brainer. And at an exceptional value. His Pillow knowledge on point, too! Everyone needs to inquire with Carl if you're in the market for anything bed related, and into that brevity thing.Calmer than you are.”

“I visited ESW because of a neighbor and also to see their store after all those years of radio ads. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my wife and I were able to zero in on the correct mattress - with the help of Steven whose years in the business enables him to look at your body features to determine the best mattress for you. We had a split King (Double XL Twin) as my wife and I determined our comfort levels were not the same. The sale promises and delivery was perfectly executed to our home in Fairfield. My wife got a "topper" right off while I felt I was good without one. After her talking about how good the topper was, I tried it a couple of nights - and she was right. I called Steven and he sent it UPS right away. Very pleased with the service and the mattresses.”

I’ve regularly use their bowls, plates, and sauce dishes for the last 8 years and they still look practically brand new. And I’m not particularly gentle with my dishes. Recently Rick expanded his business to include the ESTATE FURNITURE STORE. The store sells a fast moving selection of gently used furniture that range from vintage to antique . On the first day he opened I purchased a sweet teak Danish Modern rocker at a very fair price. At his store you can not only find Mid Century Modern but also Art Deco, Victorian, Industrial as well as classic traditional furniture too. They sell lighting and many decorative things to hang on your walls. If your on the hunt to find interesting things for your home always try to drop into Ricks shop because you never know what's going to turn up.”
