Hans is great: knowledgeable and kind. He was very patient to answer all my questions and helped me to design the couch I wanted. The customized couch came out to be everything I wanted and more! Great price and great delivery. I'm so happy to have a couch that I can have for life.

I visited many sofa stores when looking for a sofa, and Hans and his store were the best. He was patient and very helpful in working with me to figure out exactly the sofa I wanted with different customizations. The sofa arrived on time and it's beautiful. I've been very happy and could not recommend Hans more!

Never received sofa after many promises from Hans. Waited for over a month before I decided to cancel and then he would not even offer me a refund, so I had a file a claim with my credit card company.
