Jason and then Troy were very helpful. Troy knows a lot about mattresses and explains the differences clearly. After spending a couple of hours in the store trying different mattresses, I'm wondering how I can possible bear to sleep on the mattress I have now. I'm eager for the Sparrow mattress to arrive.
