It reminded me of how every employees has been towards me since Cole Hardware established itself in the neighborhood in 2016. Yes, you probably could get some of their items a few dollars cheaper on Amazon but great in person customer service is priceless. There's an energy to it that is really extremely special these days. “I swung by this store, today, a couple minutes after 12:00pm, their closing time. When Alex saw me, practically in tears, and needing only 1 gallon of exterior home paint, he graciously agreed to reopen and provided me the best customer service ever. I know this store almost exclusively serves contractors, and trade folks, so Alex going out of his way for a $50 sale from one lone homeowner, well that went WAY above and beyond. Thank you, thank you, thank you Alex! Sherwin Williams is now the ONLY place I'll ever go for paint.”
