“I went to EBP, my go to for paint, this past Friday & Saturday to get some new colors for my living room & hallway. I was initially helped by Danielle who was very helpful in matching up some colors from a vase I brought in. I made my selection & returned on Saturday & was assisted by a tall thin gentlemen (I did'nt get their name) who made up my order promptly. Once I returned home, I realized I bought the wrong sheen. I purchased flat where I needed eggshell. I returned, (an Asian gentlemen) explained the problem & helped me with a great solution. I will continue usung this store & highly recommend them to others. I wish more locations had such outstanding service. ~ALJ”

“I swung by this store, today, a couple minutes after 12:00pm, their closing time. When Alex saw me, practically in tears, and needing only 1 gallon of exterior home paint, he graciously agreed to reopen and provided me the best customer service ever. I know this store almost exclusively serves contractors, and trade folks, so Alex going out of his way for a $50 sale from one lone homeowner, well that went WAY above and beyond. Thank you, thank you, thank you Alex! Sherwin Williams is now the ONLY place I'll ever go for paint.”

“Today was their last day. I managed to get one last shopping stop in as they were literally packing up the stuff left. They had a bunch of stuff for free outside for anyone to take, which says a lot about this business. Just bought a home and Mik, Lacy, and Frank have all been helpful in helping me figure out what is useful and what might not be. Will definitely be taking my business to see them for their excellent customer service at the South Shore location even if it is a farther drive from my daughter's preschool because I appreciate their honesty and loyalty to the customer's goals and needs. Will definitely miss the 50% off but I enjoyed it while it lasted! Thanks Mik, Lacy, and Frank!”

“I have been going to 701 Bayshore location for the last 1 year ( after did not get good service from other KellyMoore location). I love the staff here especially Jose Wu. The staff greet us the moment we step foot in the store. They make sure we got what we need and provide professional feedback to make sure we got the right materials. Jose tried many times to make sure he matches the right colors of the sample. This dedication of service is much needed nowadays. The selection of materials are plenty and the store is well organized and clean.Thank you to staff and especially Jose at this location.”

They did and brought up a bag from storage and had it at the counter for me when I came to pick it up. Needed it because I'm making homemade bacon”

“Thank you P A T R I C K !! Me & my mom, both clueless, walked in, & was immediately greeted by Patrick, thank you!! We immediately started talking color. My mom & I already knew which colors we wanted, but wasn't sure which sheen. Patrick walked us thru all that & gave us his recommendations. He even told us there was a sale going on, whoohoooooo!! I would say we were out within 10 minutes! Patrick also wheeled our paint cans to the car. Super friendly & informative.Edit to say: the next day, my mom sent me back in to get more paint, and Elliot helped me. He is very careful to match what I had purchased the previous day. The young Asian male lend his assistance to me even though his co-worker, an African American female had told me that I brought an insufficient amount of paint chips for the matching. The Asian male was exceptionally courteous and helpful and he successfully matched the color and provided me with a gallon of paint that I needed to cover the graffiti on our Building. “Today, I received exceptional customer service from Damion at the Rockridge Cole Hardware. He went out of his way to be helpful, kind, caring plus extremely informative about what I was looking for. It reminded me of how every employees has been towards me since Cole Hardware established itself in the neighborhood in 2016. Yes, you probably could get some of their items a few dollars cheaper on Amazon but great in person customer service is priceless. There's an energy to it that is really extremely special these days. “Super Paint here is way better than Home Depot stuff. Let me tell you why, firstly paint here is is a little thinner which is much easier to apply, and doesn't get drips like Home depot paint, second and most importantly it don't splatter like HD paint. I don't want to save $10 but ruin my t shirt and jeans by going for Home Depot paint. It don't add up. I would highly recommend this place.”
