Took my Tesla Model Y here to get fixed after a minor accident (I was rear ended). They did a great job to make the car come out better than new! The communication with the front office was good, and everyone was super nice.

They were very quick in taking my vehicle in and waited patiently for Tesla to allow me to use my deductible… However they did charge me 2500$ for my vehicle to fix due to repainting and minor body damage. They also didn’t turn my headlights back on until I brought it back a week later.

My car looks great and the repair was completed faster than estimated. While I hope I never have to have body work done again, if I do, I’ll return to Carstar Chilton Auto Body in Oakland.
