“5 freaking stars. I was literally in and out of there. I dropped my car off around 1 something to get two windows replaced and got a call that was car was ready by 3. Everything was just quick and easy and I didn't even have to worry about anything because they took great care of me. They even vacuumed my car for me!! Hoping I'll never find a reason to come back but if something does happen I'll definitely be back and will definitely be recommending this place to others.”

“You never know when you're going to need new auto glass, but when you do -- KEEP THIS BUSINESS IN YOUR CONTACTS ‼ I called these guys the day of my auto break-in and they were able to order the new glass within 6 hours or less (I think it was about 3.5-4hours) ... anyways, when I brought my vehicle in, the crew got straight to work. The install was around 45minutes, and they took their time & were neat and focused on the task at hand. Details of the install were careful removal of broken glass (Vacuum), trim of window panel, and installation of new tempered glass. The window cost $170 and now my vehicle looks back to normal. Tony and his employees have always been very thorough when working on our cars. “Took a little back over a few weeks to get my windshield replaced but it finally happened. Apparently my windshield was one of the "hard to find" (luxury car with a lot of features). I went to 3 other places that couldn't get the part. Yanney did some research and was able to find it, it just took a loooooong time over many weeks. I really appreciated his effort though because I almost gave up and went to the dealership. The price for the generic glass ended up being $500 vs $2,000 at the dealership. Overall everything turned out great and given the state of the highways in the east bay (rocks flying everywhere) I'll likely use these guys again.”

He was great at communicating and making sure my needs were met. They did an extremely great job in a timely manner and will definitely come back (hoping I don't ever need to) I brought my car in on a Tuesday to get fixed and by that Friday I had my car back with no issues. “I've visited several body shops, but none matched the kindness and professionalism of this place. My frustration began two months ago when the paint on the rear side window of my car started peeling off. I looked at other places, but they all quoted outrageous prices. I bought paint online in a similar blue shade to my car to do it myself, but the peeled area was too large, and I couldn't handle it. However, when I visited this place recommended by my friend, the owner of the body shop explained everything so kindly and said they would do it at a low price. Kenny skillfully scraped off the peeled paint and repainted it within three hours. The result was so impressive that I almost questioned if there had ever been peeling paint. I will definitely recommend this body shop to my friends, and whenever there is an issue with my car, I will only come here.”

Only gave 5 stars because glass was not vaccumed from floor and back seat. However, they took care of vaccumming after it was requested. Very fast and efficient service. “I read some bad Yelp reviews about this place, but I can't agree: they did great work for me. My passenger side window was bipped. My AAA insurance is plugged into Safelite. Safelite installed crash wrap at their shop. For the glass, I first made an appt for Safelite to come to me, then I realized I didn't really have a dry place for them to work in the rain. So I rescheduled to bring my car to Safelite Oakland shop. Good off street parking lot. Safe clean waiting area with water and restroom. I could watch the work from the waiting area and speak with the guy doing the work to be sure the window rolled properly at finish. I would go here again (but hope I won't have to). Thanks, Safelite Oakland!”
