Once the part had arrived I was once again told to come at my earliest convenience--again to me ASAP. Lo and behold, the job was going to be done the same day, I was able to pick the car up later the same afternoon and wouldn't have to face the prospect of taking my daughter on the bus to school the next day. “Wow!! I called over this past weekend and they were closed but I thought let me try anyhow. They actually reached out to me on Monday 1/29 and I hadn't least a voice mail but did notice that they missed my call. I have a 2017 Lexus NX200T and got a nick on the front shield from something while driving. Of course safety first so I wanted to see if it could be repaired as it was less than 1.5 inches and not all the way through the glass/ I brought it into a place in Daly City and they said no unrepairable and quoted me $400 to replace the front windshield. Lexus dealership quoted me $982 without labor for the windshield without seeing it all. This company asked for pictures, spoke with their technician and reassured me that for now we are ok. It's called "surface putting" and so minute not even something to repair. I got lucky thankfully!! The nick hadn't even broken the plane of the glass therefore it's still safe and unnecessary to do anything at this time. Their communication was excellent and it's refreshing to work with honest people not just trying to make a buck or taking advantage of you! So while I didn't use their service the time, effort, professionalism, and communication that came with this company is undeniable. Thank you for saving me some money!!”

They did a beautiful job and it was sparkling clean both inside and out when I picked it up. “Dang. These guys really care. I've had 14 catalytic converters stolen ( I know) and these workers make it possible for me to keep my sanity. They look up new tactics to try and help my car, they get things done asap, and they keep me up to date as they do so. They're quick, do good work, and show that they care and are not just trying to get me (or rather my insurance...) to pay an arm and a leg. Highly recommend (and they're one of State Farm's "official servicers" in case that's useful info...) AKA I don't have to deal with much of anything- they take care of all the billing with my insurance. Oh and my car is always cleaner when they return it to me!”

“No fun having to get your car repaired but Fix Auto Divisadero made it a very good experience. A quick, thorough inspection (even suggested I wait in Starbucks across the street. Thoughtful). Called me just over 30 minutes in, then explained what they found, saw, expected in terms of overall repairs and costs, explained that there may be hidden damage and then provided cost and repair time estimates. I gave the go ahead. It did go a little beyond both ways but they were so good about keeping me informed and in the end, it was a reasonable wait and my car looks like new. Highly recommended!”
