“I wanted to share my experience with Alioto's Garage they fixed my bmw bumper and left it like brand new, also they took care of me right away and explained detailed on how the procedure would be and along with my insurance Geico they sent me a rental guy to pick me up and bring me to the rental car to pick my choice, and Alioto's took care of my car sooner a day before of the day that I was adviced so it was awesome to pick up my car a day before! the car was washed and looked awesome I am very pleased with their service thank you so much Alioto's........”

“I had brought in a accord with some trans problem around 50,000 miles, 03. Spoke to Lenin who assisted me over the phone and in person like a profesional. Lenin as well as the mechanic team got my car done in 2 weeks with it feeling and performing better than when I picked it up. Car runs smoothly till today, got it serviced back in may of 2023. Definitely recommend this place for anyone dealing with transmission light and problems.”

“I've somewhat recently come to SF BMW but have had good experiences every time. A bit of a ride for me, but easy to set up an appt, Thames is great & he explains everything in detail, answers my questions, kept me looped in as work progressed, confirmed whether additional time/work was necessary & why, and finished in a timely manner.They go the extra mile to make sure my bike is in good operations shape & the cost is fair. I always ride away having confidence my bike is in good, road-worthy condition.I can't recommend them any more highly to anyone in need of their services!”

“This review is long overdue! I got in an accident ( my fault no other car involved ) my car was in drivable !I thought it was totaled. Fortunately I was towed to A&J . They were so kind I had so much damage! They sent me home in an Uber free of charge !They did an estimate. I left my car for about a week .When I went to pick it it up I was elated my car looked like it was brand new ! These guys are artists! So professional and the best customer service !”

“My car was PNO for 3 years and I needed a smog. Failed the first time cos apparently I needed to drive my car for at least 50 miles after changing the battery to start the OBDII meter. Came back after 62 miles and Paul checked my car instantly and gave me a discount for the 2nd test. Both visit took me less than 30 minutes with no appointment. Highly recommend!”

“My brakes have been intermittently squeaky for a while so I finally took them in to a mechanic. I was lucky and Tamm was able to see me in a few minutes. He took the car for a drive and couldn't reproduce the noise, so he put it on the lift to check the pads themselves. They were fine, and he explained to me why it was making noise and what to look for in the future before letting me go on my way. And he had a lot of knowledge about my car (an old 2008 model that is no longer made). It's so nice to meet an honest mechanic who doesn't try to rip you off. I recommend Tamm's auto!”

“Incredible service. I needed my car to be jumped to get it to the shop to fix. Had to do it twice because the battery was so old that even after 30 minutes it didn't hold the charge after I turned it off. the owner could tell I was nervous and knew nothing about cars based on my ignorant questions. He was empathetic and Even after I paid he texted to check in on me and make sure that I made it to the shop without issues. It's the small things that matter.”

“Initial communication was through Yelp's "Get Pricing" quote. Sokol responded within 48 hrs. Which was a plus! First time taking my car in for service in SF, due to a change of ownership to the last place I usually take my car to. (It was in the East Bay) I came across this business through searching on Yelp. I feel like his quote was reasonable. Came in for motor oil & break fluid maintenance. Dropped my car off at 10:30am & got my car back at 4:30pm the same day! I also like that Sokol provides a list of detailed recommendations/reminders, because I'm definitely not a car person. lol. Thanks Sokol!”

“So, here's the scene. There I was, stuck in San Rafael with a busted tire. Along comes Nelson's Towing, riding in like the proverbial cavalry with sirens blaring... well, in my head at least. And what happens next, you ask? Their very own truck catches a flat tire too, just two blocks away from where my car decided to take a road-nap. Life works in mysterious ways, eh?But wait, there's a plot twist! Nelson's takes it up a notch and hauls in one of their knights-in-shining-armor who's on his day off, no less! Come on, guy's probably just lounging in his boxers when he got the call-up! He guns it to the scene with a fresh ride, and saves the day.Then there's this lady on the phone, superhero of the call center, being as sweet as a bowl of candy. Honestly, these guys - heroes without capes swooping in to save my day!The one thing I was glad about? They didn't turn all parking ticket cobra on me, else I'd have had to put on my running shoes. “I was stranded in Santa Rosa when, unexpectedly, there was an ABCmalfunction as indicated on the dash display, and my car's steering was disabled. It was 40 miles to the dealership in San Rafael, California. AAA's tow truck (Norcal Supreme Towing) was there in about a half hour. Loading my Mercedes onto the flat bed and tying it down took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way with me as a passenger in the cab. The driver and I had an extremely enjoyable conversation on the way back. I've had this experience more than a few times in the past and it has always been awful. This time, however, and unbelievably, I found myself enjoying the entire experience, awed by the driver's ability to do his job quickly and efficiently as well as his exuberant personality and friendly attitude. “No fun having to get your car repaired but Fix Auto Divisadero made it a very good experience. A quick, thorough inspection (even suggested I wait in Starbucks across the street. Thoughtful). Called me just over 30 minutes in, then explained what they found, saw, expected in terms of overall repairs and costs, explained that there may be hidden damage and then provided cost and repair time estimates. I gave the go ahead. It did go a little beyond both ways but they were so good about keeping me informed and in the end, it was a reasonable wait and my car looks like new. Highly recommended!”

The tow driver had us sit in our car until the Lyft driver arrived and made sure we were safely in the correct car. “This review is for the following staff - Giovanni, Dan, Sal, Yesenia, Jazmine and especially Dan at the Industrial Street Shop. I had a car accident and this shop made my repairs easy and fast. All was perfect except one thing - there is some freak at the Industrial street shop that I had to interact with twice - an aggro woman who's super rude, always sounds rushed and huffing and puffing like a mouth breather and literally hung up on me because her colleague didn't alert her that we had rescheduled the work for another day. Other than her, I thought this was a great experience!! Highly recommend. Also they returned my car fully washed and it was impeccably clean. Sounds like a small thing but when you've already had a bad week and a crappy accident, the little things make a difference. Also Dan went out of his way to help me understand a separate minor problem with my car that had nothing to do with body work. Thanks Chilton! You are all awesome!!”
