“So, I believed that I needed to have my rear brakes done. I had 90k+ miles on my 2009 Honda Fit. I also heard some squeaking in the rear when braking (occasionally) and heard a grinding noise when I put on the parking brake with the car on a slight rearward incline.I went to Frank's shop to set up an appointment (I was in the area.) He gave me a quote for ~$580 for brake shoes, drums, & labor, and so I set up an appointment. Hellava better price what than what the Honda dealership was charging.($1100)On my appointment day, dropped off the car in the early AM. Got a call from Frank about 2 hours later. He said that there was nothing wrong with the brakes. The shoes still had enough meat on them, and the drums were in good condition. I know that most of the braking was done on the front brakes (front brake pads were replaced at 76K). Still, 90K miles on the rear brakes. WoW!!Frank said the car would be ready in about an hour. Frank stated that the rear brake system was put back together, and adjusted. He checked the struts & shocks: All was OK, and the car was in good condition.My wife and I went to pick up the car in the afternoon. I asked how much for his labor. He said there was no charge. We protested as he did use some labor to check out the car. (I know. I know. Paying money when there is no need to, makes no sense. But we felt that he did some work, and gave us some peace of mind.) Frank stated that he doesn't charge for an inspection.Well. A less scrupulous mechanic would have replaced the shoes & drums, and not thought any more about it. Frank said "Well, I gotta sleep at night."So I'm very pleased with Frank and his service philosophy. I think that his garage full of work and all the positive 5 star ratings on Yelp is indicative of Frank and the work he and his mechanics do. We'll be back for servicing in the future.”

Wanted some chrome trim painted Matt black, my front bumper lip painted in a metallic black color and my trunk ducklip painted the color of the car and I couldn’t be happier. Rogelio the owner was very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable on his work, made the entire process very easy. Love the way my Acura TL came out. Will definitely recommend everyone to South County Collision for their paint and body repairs.”

“Updated these guys did the right thing and finally fixed this situation. Yayyyy bravo!I will update this review once I am in touch with the manager. I typically only like to leave good reviews because the world should know when someone or company is doing awesome so they get more business because it’s only right.Now I order parts from many different places . I have ordered over thousands of dollars of parts from Napa in the last month. My most recent purchase i gave the associate all the info about the truck and the parts I needed. We had to order them. Mechanic goes to install and it’s not the right parts. Now is it the customers fault napa system either ordered it wrong or the employee? Napa is not open on the weekend so I had to wait. Get the parts finally over to Napa and the employee goes to tell me he cannot return it because it looks like it was installed. Yeah of course it was trying to be installed i mean that’s what we bought the parts for isn’t it?He said to come back during the week to speak to the manager. So i did. And he left early for the day. so I have to go back a 4th time (once to order and now 3 times to fix this issue). I’m a very busy person my father passed away and I’ve taken over a lot of responsibility here I don’t have a whole lot of time to be haggling back-and-forth.That is very sad that a company would make the customer suffer and struggle to return or exchange something that the company ordered wrong. I am a employed person and I understand the value of customers And the value of my employees. I would trust they will be able to make the decision especially when they see the customer has a receipt and is in and out of there all the time that pays from her good hard earned money. I am not one to judge but numbers dont lie and employee theft is at all time high. Is that why there is no wiggle room to take car of your paying customer?”
