They didn't charge me for any of the parts and the total bill came in at $55 dollars. Super honest folks as, when I dropped the truck off, I didnt even ask what it would cost to fix, I just wanted it done. Best customer service and integrity!”

He fixed my car in 2 days which is really really quick for how deep the scratches were. I also have a black car which is one of the hardest colors to match, and he matched it perfectly. They diagnosed that it was the alternator and charged my battery overnight so I could get it to the shop the next morning. They helped me put the battery back in and did all of this free of charge. “Took my car in for a PCM flash and was greeted by May Tango. She was friendly and welcoming as she was covering for my "scheduled" service advisor Mya Neric as she was training a new cashier.After my check in, Mya was extremely welcoming and made sure I was taken care of. She was great to work with as I waited for my car. I did notice she was handling multiple customers at once with ease. She even had to deal with a "card system issue" while customers like myself were trying to pay and leave. This inconvenience was resolved in a matter of minutes , which i was overall happy with my service regardless having to stay a little longer then anticipated. Mya even had to handle a "Karen" during the card system issue and Mya kept her cool while trying to explain to this "Karen" on options on how to pay.She handled a difficult customer very well as well other staff members during this awkward moment. Overall Mya and staff were great to work with and be around as everyone seem generally happy for a "Monday". Even my shuttle driver was great to ride earlier in the morning and I for sure come back again for vehicle needs.Thank you Gilroy Dodge and especially big thanks to Mya Neric and May Tango Service Advisors.”

“To preface, this was a 3 day process for me. I went in to look at an Ioniq 6 and was helped by Chris. He was very knowledgeable about the car and very relatable. He never made me feel any pressure in purchasing the vehicle and ever offered to show me other cars to make sure the Ioniq 6 was the vehicle I wanted. The test drive went smoothly but I did want to take a day to think about it. I showed up the next day and unfortunately Chris had the day off. Thankfully I was helped by another great individual, Grant. He was able to answer all the additional questions I had and made me feel confident in my vehicle choice. I did want to check out other dealerships before making my decision, so I left and planned to come back another day. Now this is where I realized Hyundai of Gilroy was different. Not only did the other dealerships make me feel pressured to buy, but Hyundai of Gilroy also had the best price by miles! The experience at Hyundai Gilroy was better, the prices were better, and the relationship they keep with you is better! Even though I was looking at other dealerships, Chris always wanted to see if there was anything he could do to help me in my decision making process. When I finally came in, the car I was looking at had already sold. I should have made the purchase on the first day I came in, but like I mentioned, I wanted to do my own research. Chris, Grant and I were able to get numbers situated on a similar spec'd Ioniq 6 and I walked out on New Year's Eve. Unfortunately, their detailers had left for the day, but both Chris and Grant went above and beyond to personally work on my car theirselves AND also said to bring the car in tomorrow to have it professionally detailed. I've always believed in purchasing used cars but the gentlemen at Hyundai of Gilroy have completely changed my perspective. I cannot wait to do business with them again once I start looking at another car. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
