“Talk about service. Pulled in and they directed me to the front. Before I could even get out of my car they had a jack ready to go. I thought I needed a tire repair but the damage was shown to me in the first minute I was there (gash in the inside wall).After offering me options, I felt this was the right place for me service. They loaned me a tire to hold me off until my new tires come in the next day. I costed out what they offered and it was actually cheaper than the big brand tire companies.I read the other reviews and I can confirm they are are good reviews. ?”

“I was driving from Visalia to Sunnyvale and while driving over Pacheco Pass, my engine splash shield came loose and I dragged it for milessssss because I didn’t feel safe pulling over. When it was finally safe to do so, I looked for a mechanic shop on my phone and chose Gilroy Auto Works because of the 5 star reviews. I needed the shield to be taken off, so I could continue the drive to Sunnyvale and the return trip home on the same day. Arnold took a look and was able to take the shield off for me. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I can’t express my appreciation enough!”
“The HVAC/nav/radio touchscreen in our 2007 Toyota Highlander would intermittently stop responding to touch. My neighbor is a former Lexus tech and he said they used to send all kinds of electronic control units to Mikado for repair, so I called them. Mikado fixed my touchscreen for about the same cost as buying a used unit, and they fixed it and had it back in the mail to me on the same day. Further, the service department is amazing. Pete and his team helped me get my Husky 701 Supermoto back in running order. A factory defect in the cylinder head was a major problem. Just out of warranty, Pete abc his team assisted in getting KTM to cover parts. A short time later, the new head was installed and the bike runs like new! I just took it back for a valve inspection/adjustment, and they handled the job quickly and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Gilroy Motorcycle Center! As a motorcycle enthusiast, I can't give a higher recommendation for this shop.”
