If you are buying building supplies, go with someone who knows what they are doing. I wouldn't expect anyone to hold your hand, or give advice. Perhaps that's why they get poor reviews; folks are complaining about Customer Service.”

“I usually go to Hollywood Home Depot and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived here today! It was clean as I was walking in, as we entered everyone made eye contact with a smile and greeting. When looking at some wood boards We were asked to move so that they could use the fork loft to put something on shelves, but they were confident and pleasant when asking us and nice. I walked up to some employees to ask to borrow a pen and they readily made eye contact with a smile inquiring what I might need help with. There was no chasing down employees they all seemed eager to help with the Exception for one woman, but there's always the exception! Ron was nice and eager to help and cut our boards for us and seemed happy to help. All in all, it was a nice breath of fresh air!”

“So we had ordered an LG Ventless washer dryer tower from a competitor back in February. They kept telling us it was on order. We found it here on sale for less. Not only that, they had it in stock. The delivery guys actually came early and they were professional and good natured. On a side note, we originally didn't include the deleverage's team hooking it up. We went back to the store two days before the scheduled delivery and the associate was able to set it up. Bravo team HD!So yeah five stars”

“I was shopping at Home Depot the other day and was very impressed by one of the employees and his excellent customer service. Cesar (from the Garden department) was very helpful in pointing me towards what I was looking for in his department. Later, I was waiting for someone to help me in the Hardware department, and when Cesar walked by he noticed that I needed help and went out of his way to find someone to help me. “90% of the customers received unacceptable service, why really? Usually, any store you enter, the employees immediately greet the customers with a happy face and try to provide the best service to the customer, which will ultimately lead to better sales. But here it is completely the opposite. Their attempt is to make the customer run away as if it is a government store, the employees have fixed salaries and it doesn't matter how much they sell in a month. So sit on the chair, don't bother yourself, don't get tired, the customer will go and find what he needs, if he doesn't find what he needs, he will buy somewhere else Enjoy sitting and being an employee ??”

“Just like to say that guy Jesus in plumbing or faucets somewhere in the back of the store should be supervisor for sure. Not only did he go above and beyond to answer our questions, he also walked with us to the location rather than to just say oh check aisle "X and O" but he was also answering other customers questions in between with a quick and precise location so anybody can easily understand. He seemed knowledgeable, friendly and made some of my friends who work at Home Depot look like (yes that). He thoroughly explained to me the difference in prices and what I'm getting for what I'm buying. He deserves the recognition for being an outstanding employee which Home Depot should encourage while he's there before he moves to better opportunities.”

“I'll give the quick story. I needed a screw for my cpu. Although this is a home improvement store and I needed a random screw for my cpu fan, I went here because it's close. I didn't know the size and I got some help from one of the people at this place. It should be more obvious to people who are better with tools how to get exactly what you want, but not me. They were helpful, I got what I wanted, and it was cheap and easy.”
