I didn't know the size and I got some help from one of the people at this place. It should be more obvious to people who are better with tools how to get exactly what you want, but not me. “I came to contractors warehouse to find a specific, plumbing part They have the piece I was looking for. I stopped at four plumbing stores, Home, Depot, lowes, and Another hardware store looking for this piece. contractors Warehouse is the only place that had what I was looking for a test, plug, safety, seal, a pneumatic hydraulic plug for a drain so that a shower could be Hot Mop. Jesse help me out. It was a great pleasure coming to contractors warehouse. I recommend coming here for all of your construction needs.”

“I had my bathroom remolded with them. They did a good job overall. I like that they are one stop shop where I can purchase the countertop, toilet, flooring, shower door, and cabinet mirror. Anna the project manager was responsive and helped me with all my questions and concern. The contractors spoke mainly Chinese but Anna helped translate for us. The only tip I have is confirming the contractors schedule as some of their contractors don’t work weekends and holidays.”

I was attended as soon as I walked in the door and I thought I was going to have too wait about 3 days for the repair. “I must give 5 stars to the customer service we got in this Home Depot by Frank, the guy in the doors department. It was very polite and helpful. He gave my husband all the information he needed on the security doors that he needed to order. We went to the Home Depot in Downey and the one in Cerritos, Terrible customer service, we waited for half an hour on each of these stores for someone to help us, but no one showed up, when we arrived at this store , my husband ask a young guy for help and right away he called the person in charge of the doors , so Frank came like in 3 minutes, open his computer, looked for prices and dates for the special orders ?”

“This review is only for Marco. He was so nice and helpful with the cabinet scribe we were looking for.He went above and beyond in my opinion. He knew he most likely didn’t have what we were looking for and he still went and checked through his inventory. This is how I treat my customers and it’s nice to see others do it too.Side note: the girl that sits at the entrance doesn’t have customer service skills. Either help her get better or change her position.”

“Home Depot is hands down my favored store of all time. And let’s be honest there’s not a bunch of Harvard graduates working there. As as soon as the CAT knives showed up on the Home Depot site I inquired with one of the sales associates and she replied “ kitty cat” Of course I was referring to the CAT - Caterpillar- heavy equipment operator company But they don’t carry the stores so I understand for her it’s not part of her required curriculum. I was looking for a replacement bulb for a lava lamp which are specialty bulbs ( of course they have to heat to a precise degrees or they ruin the substance inside the lava lamp) And the sale aaaociate, looked at me all confused Then said “ really your supposed to use a special kind of bulb, I guess that’s why all the floor models of the lava lamps got ruined right after I changed the bulbs” And at the moment he was trying to help me find the bulb I needed The blind leading the blind I worked at harbor freight when I was 19 Not only did I memorize every single sku number of every item we carried I taught myself how to use every last one. And do construction to this day and I’m 43 I loved my job and was always very knowledgeable about everything we sold. There’s maybe two employees in every store that actually feels that way about customer service and it’s super lame because sometimes u do need assistance Even worse when u need something like materials for a job u don’t want to run into a guy who’s trying yo “ fake it till he make it” If u get materials u need to have cut for your order and prepared before u leave by the time u get back ti the job And find out the size is wrong u have lost time that could make or break that job and customer I still give it 5 stars because of inventory and my overall need for brands like Milwaukee and channel lock that lame Lowe’s doesn’t carry and that’s the only other option we would have”

“Curt was really thoughtful and helpful about two weeks ago when I came in near closing and asked for a recommendation for a tool to pry open my laptop back panel for maintenance. He recommended a putty scraper (under a dollar!) due to it not being metal (which has negative implications when using it improperly near electronics, I did not know much about, but he explained). It worked!”

“Who hired Andres? You have a keen eye for talent. Please fill your store with more like him. He crossed paths with me at the entrance. I had a mulch exchange which I'd purchased the wrong color. The initial contact, the usual not so friendly front end customer service you don't have your receipt...blah blah...never mind that I spend thousands of dollars at this store chain yearly. Never mind that not only was I replacing with a correct color but purchasing more bags, but ok ladies, I have a broken rib and no strength to care so I will allow you to be condescending and feel important, just give me my mulch. I still have Andres. He hauled the cart with the wrong color bags to the garden, loaded now 10 bags of the right color, plus two bags of GroMulch and was ever so happy to do so. Andres stayed with me through check out and loaded my car ever so careful...and just a nice guy. "Ma'am, I love my job" The attitude amazing...the skills...amazing. Management keep an eye on this man and give him what he deserves. Don't lose him and hire more like him. To loyal Home Depot customers that read this review ask for him when you come in and commend him for doing a great job. They don't get paid enough for their hard work. To the management...hire more employees that care just like Andre.”

If you are buying building supplies, go with someone who knows what they are doing. I wouldn't expect anyone to hold your hand, or give advice. “I usually go to Hollywood Home Depot and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived here today! It was clean as I was walking in, as we entered everyone made eye contact with a smile and greeting. When looking at some wood boards We were asked to move so that they could use the fork loft to put something on shelves, but they were confident and pleasant when asking us and nice. I walked up to some employees to ask to borrow a pen and they readily made eye contact with a smile inquiring what I might need help with. There was no chasing down employees they all seemed eager to help with the Exception for one woman, but there's always the exception! Ron was nice and eager to help and cut our boards for us and seemed happy to help. All in all, it was a nice breath of fresh air!”

I had to wait almost an hour for assistance in the plumbing department, but when Jesse the young man that did assist me... he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.. poor guy had like 8 customers waiting for assistance, and that was only in the plumbing department. Home Depot really needs to do better and add more staff, you figure since they don't have cashiers anymore... they could! That would truly create a harmonious environment between employees and customers.. employees won't be spread so thin and customers won't have to wait "FOREVER" to be serviced.”

“Not all Home Depots are the same. They can be set up the same look the same but the staff is what is the game changer. You could have the worst stuff or the best stuff. The reason why I checked in and I'm leaving a review for this particular Home Depot is it was nice and clean. Parking was not hard to find. There wasn't a million people in the parking lot trying to sell you food Services etc. Well maintained. I know everyone has to work and I'm not knocking anyone's Hustle but I do not want to go to Home Depot to buy some tamales out front. I'm going to grab something and go. When I walked in it was nicely organized the staff greeted me and help me find what I needed to. At the paint counter they answered all my questions with no attitude. Marina Del Rey Home Depot straight attitude Signal Hill Home Depot worst attitude don't let me even get on the Lakewood Home Depot. All those three need to take some advice from you all.”

“So we had ordered an LG Ventless washer dryer tower from a competitor back in February. They kept telling us it was on order. We found it here on sale for less. Not only that, they had it in stock. The delivery guys actually came early and they were professional and good natured. On a side note, we originally didn't include the deleverage's team hooking it up. We went back to the store two days before the scheduled delivery and the associate was able to set it up. Bravo team HD!So yeah five stars”
