“Was in the area and stopped by on our way home to pick up a garage door opener. I was surprised at how late they were open til (8 or 9pm, I forget) and how "unbusy" it was but that probably had to do with the time of day (early Sunday evening). Found what we were looking for after a bit of a search with the help of an employee. Was able to get in and out with ease. Store was clean and aisles free of clutter.”

“I'll give the quick story. I needed a screw for my cpu. Although this is a home improvement store and I needed a random screw for my cpu fan, I went here because it's close. I didn't know the size and I got some help from one of the people at this place. It should be more obvious to people who are better with tools how to get exactly what you want, but not me. They were helpful, I got what I wanted, and it was cheap and easy.”

“Kenny and team installed a (custom-designed) door and sidelights and some locks for us. Kenny was very responsive to my requests, and design sense. (and a few quirks). He communicated necessary information (re delays, or orders) along the way, and always assured me he would make things right. He did indeed. Good workmanship is top priority for Kenny and if it didn't look right to him, he made it right. His team of workers and installers are top notch, reliable and friendly. We are thrilled with our new door, and grateful to have found the Tashman team who handled everything seamlessly.”

“I do recommend Home Depot but their return service need to be reviewed. The last two times I retuned an item in the late evening there were two return stations open. Both stations had multiple item returns and the line was getting longer. But there were three or four employees further back that seemed to be conversing and enjoying themselves rather than opening up a new station. Management needs to retrain these employees.”

“Curt was really thoughtful and helpful about two weeks ago when I came in near closing and asked for a recommendation for a tool to pry open my laptop back panel for maintenance. He recommended a putty scraper (under a dollar!) due to it not being metal (which has negative implications when using it improperly near electronics, I did not know much about, but he explained). It worked!”

“This review is for Lisa B. and Carter. 5 stars, 100% because.Lisa B. in the flooring section, was amazing.!!!!! She spent so much time with us, we had many questions regarding artificial turf. Now to Carter, assistant manager.when we first walked in the store my experience was not good.My husband and I went to the flooring department to look at the artificial turf. There were three employees talking, and not one acknowledged us after five minutes, I then said excuse me, may I speak to the manager one of the female says I'm an assistant manager, I said oh we've been standing here and no one helped us, she said oh I didn't see you there. Well, of course you did and your back was to us. To me she had an attitude so I asked for a store manager and she left and the store manager never came. I saw this gentleman who turned out to be an assistant manager, Carter, he helped us with a a lot of questions. He was amazing. He then turned us over to Lisa B to continue to help us because he had to attend another customer. Bravo to Home Depot for hiring two great people that have awesome customer skills. Home Depot. “I went in today for exchange a damaged drawer that I bought a week ago. they are so nice, no questions ask. Rosa asked Charlie to help me, he immediately say " yes". Rosa told me how to get the item and showed me the item number. I walked over and kind of lose because it's a big warehouse, Charlie opposed me with a my old damaged drawer and help me to pick out the right one. “So we had ordered an LG Ventless washer dryer tower from a competitor back in February. They kept telling us it was on order. We found it here on sale for less. Not only that, they had it in stock. The delivery guys actually came early and they were professional and good natured. On a side note, we originally didn't include the deleverage's team hooking it up. We went back to the store two days before the scheduled delivery and the associate was able to set it up. Bravo team HD!So yeah five stars”
