“I had a really great experience with the people in the store. I appreciated how clean and neatly organized everything was. Any question I had or needed guidance in, the staff was quick to answer with practical solutions. They continued to ask about my preferences to ensure we were not assuming and doing everything right the first time. One star removed but not at the fault of the store. There are multiple things you can sign up for to get a lower price. Im not a fan of that model. Would prefer the pricing is more straightforward and if you want to incentivize repeat shoppers, maybe do a point system. Otherwise, you walk away wondering if you could have gotten an even lower price. Absolutely not the fault of the employees however.”

“I swung by this store, today, a couple minutes after 12:00pm, their closing time. When Alex saw me, practically in tears, and needing only 1 gallon of exterior home paint, he graciously agreed to reopen and provided me the best customer service ever. I know this store almost exclusively serves contractors, and trade folks, so Alex going out of his way for a $50 sale from one lone homeowner, well that went WAY above and beyond. Thank you, thank you, thank you Alex! Sherwin Williams is now the ONLY place I'll ever go for paint.”

“Not all Benjamin Moore paint stores are alike. What sets this store apart is the customer service. I had my exterior house painted. After a portion of the body and trim painted, I started doubting my color selection. I was pretty upset with my color selection and went down to the paint store to look for other colors. The manager, Raz, saw how upset I was. He offered a very competitive pricing since I had already purchased the original paint. I also consulted with Yoni, one of the color consultants whom I also highly recommend. Both helped me through the process. I ended up just changing my trim color and only suffered a 1 day delay. Now I love the color of my house and will be a forever fan of this paint store because of Raz and Yoni!”
