There is a large clientele of pro plumbers there, and a smaller pool of novices like me, and they offer great advice and service to all. I always enjoy going in, and particularly appreciate Ozzy's help and leadership in the store. I have not yet tried their cofffee, but it is available as is water. So stop on in and never have to deal with trying to find someone to help at home depot for 20 minutes again!”

“I’ve been shopping here for years. The industry uses them for the vintage refrigerators, stoves. If you want something classic and vintage this is the place. I needed a black regular four burner stove, gas with an oven. And there it was an I bought it and they’re delivering it. I was in and out in five minutes except for looking at all these classic ovens. Great prices. And like I said they deliver. Great service nice people always.”

“I had a really good experience when I purchased an outdoor table that was on the floor and was missing screws. The manager Josh happened to be in the store shopping for himself and helped me a great deal. He got the guy from hardwear Cornelius to get me screws that I needed. The guys was really eager to help and very polite. I felt so well treated that I wanted to fill up home depot survey but there are wayyyy too many rabbit holes and it should have been straight forward. To helping me look for a new washer and offering to take a look at my old one to see if it was repairable. They are very busy, he was able to squeeze me for an appointment today for the technician to come to my house.The staff very professional keeping in touch with me with a ETA when the technician will arrive to my home. When both technicians arrived they fixed the problem. :). I’m so happy and great full to have found them. Highly recommended this place.”

“I do recommend Home Depot but their return service need to be reviewed. The last two times I retuned an item in the late evening there were two return stations open. Both stations had multiple item returns and the line was getting longer. But there were three or four employees further back that seemed to be conversing and enjoying themselves rather than opening up a new station. Management needs to retrain these employees.”

“As usual I took an old Singer treadle machine for light restoration and I was delighted. The bolt that held one side of the treadle had fallen out at some point. Not only did Sergio HAND MADE a bolt with the proper treading to replace the missing one but he cleaned the machine and got it running again. All for the same price originally quoted. I thought they'd just put a bolt with a nut through the hole and call it a day!Sergio and Rick are always happy to show you how it sews. They give me lessons on what the buttons and knobs do (I found an old manual but the live demonstrations are soooo appreciated.) They always allow me to take pictures or videos of anything they do. I know they are there if I need help with this or any of my other four machines!”

“The best place for Korean cookware and home goods. Kim's is a staple of koreatown and has been around for so long. I recently came by to check out their rice cookers. There are lots of employees here so it's very easy to find someone to help you. I was recommended a Cuchen rice and pressure cooker and it was on sale. The prices here are very competitive. I also purchased a few glass food containers as they always have the best selection here. They have everything you need for your home and kitchen!”

“Only reviewing based on their selection of rubs and the staff. They have a pretty good selection of rubs for all kinds of meats. It's not so overwhelming you can't decide but it has enough variety. On top of it all, the staff is great. Friendly, willing to help, but also not pestering or overbearing. They'll always talk to you about the rub you picked and what they've tried it on and had it on. Also love they are local right on Washington Blvd. and have been in business for years. “This review is for heat pump and air handler installation. I called on a Wednesday morning after our air handler stopped working on a cold night. I went with their advice of replacing my entire system since it was 10 years old and not worth fixing. They came out three days later on a Saturday to remove the old and install the new system despite the cold icy weather. They worked a good 12 hours to make sure everything was set up and running properly. They were very polite and spent a good deal of time explaining everything I needed to know. Overall I was very happy and impressed with my experience with 4 Service Pros and all the technicians we worked with.”

“We got a side by side sub-zero panel-ready fridge and freezer set from them. Martin helped us out from the very beginning. He was very accommodating and patient with us. He helped us find what we wanted that would work best within our budget, and then he even held onto the two items for a couple months while our remodel was slowly moving along. When we were finally ready for the items he delivered them, and when we found that there was a problem with a couple of the leveling gears he honored good warranty and sent someone out to fix it. We're very pleased with the fridge and freezer combo, they look great with the panels on. Thanks to Martin for his help and ongoing service. I highly recommend this business for affordable high end appliances.”

Our bathtub was delivered with the wrong color drain ( mistake made by the manufacturer not Robert) and he personally drove to the manufacturing company in North Hollywood and then dropped the part off at our house !!!
