“Love my neighbourhood nursery! They have some of the coolest indoor plants. I often pair some of the more interesting plants with some of the more interesting pottery as presents for birthdays and housewarmings. They’re not the cheapest, but most plants and arrangements last. Staff here can be particularly helpful, especially when it comes to packing outdoor plants into your car. I also love the arrangement bar staff. They’re very approachable and keen to assemble those gifts for me.”

“This place has a great amount of house plants both indoor and outdoor. They also have other items you need for your plant needs. Pots, water sprayers, candles, moss, etc. they have a wide variety to choose from. The staff is great! They are always readily available to help you. Very knowledgeable and can give you great recommendations on your home plant decor. Parking can be difficult but there is always somewhere to park.”

“I had a really good experience when I purchased an outdoor table that was on the floor and was missing screws. The manager Josh happened to be in the store shopping for himself and helped me a great deal. He got the guy from hardwear Cornelius to get me screws that I needed. The guys was really eager to help and very polite. I felt so well treated that I wanted to fill up home depot survey but there are wayyyy too many rabbit holes and it should have been straight forward. Even with so many customers in and out, Elton remember us though we haven’t been there for a while. Even though they were so busy, they will happily answer questions you have and help your plants thrive.Rainbow also has very cute pots of all sizes! Their price is unbeatable and on top of that they gave us discounts on top of discounts. They get new plant shipments every Friday. Cesar (from the Garden department) was very helpful in pointing me towards what I was looking for in his department. Later, I was waiting for someone to help me in the Hardware department, and when Cesar walked by he noticed that I needed help and went out of his way to find someone to help me. The staff were so knowledgable that I had a full educational experience where they taught me everything about growing, feeding, and caring for my herb garden. “ONE OF MY BIGGEST REGRETS WAS NOT TO STOP AT THIS PLACE SOONER....... So I've always passed up this spot going down York. It was a nursery back in the dayz when I was a youngster mom and pops would roll up in there to buy some grass and flowers for our child hood home. Well let me explain myself a little better it's still is a nursery but a high end one, what I mean by that is that the neighborhood is now hipsterville so its way more pricey then it was and yes it is very nice different kinds of plants, flowers and yes succulents I'm sure there are much more to look at but I just went in there for a couple of gifts for my manicurist and a friends mother. As I got older and moved away I would see everything dried out but when Planta moved in everything looked beautiful. Then about a year ago or so they moved across the street to a big building with lots of space for there plants but I saw no grass. Anywho the worker that was there that day was very attentive and help me pic exactly what I was looking for. As I went pass there last week I see a new nursery spot moving in the old Planta spot which I can't wait to stop by I think is gonna be their sister store. I'll let you plant lovers know the biz when I find out. Parking is street only for both spots. "KEEPING IT 1HUNNID"”

“I LOVE THIS NURSERY!! I worked right next door for years before I ever went in and looked around. It seems deceptively tiny from the outside, but the variety and quality of plants, greenery, and landscaping supplies was astonishing and extraordinarily pleasing. Ground cover, flowering, trees, indoor, outdoor, garden, hanging, pots and planters, soils, amendments, and supplies...it's all here and attended by super friendly and helpful staff. The place is busy, parking is tight. The visit is worth it.”

“I called several places to find the flowers, hyacinths, my wife wanted, and one place said they could only put one in a bouquet and others said they didn't have it. I called here and they said, "We have it, $() each." I drove right over. It's my first time here, and I could tell right away that this is a great place. My family and I have purchased several plants from here over the years and we keep coming back not only for our yard, but also for our pond and patio areas. The owners are always willing to help us navigate through the logistics of our little projects too which is so nice. Driving around the property on the golf cart is also always a lot of fun. :) We're lucky to have such a nice family owned business in our community.”
