He had the tile I loved for 2/3 the price of the same tile up in my area of CA. Even paying shipping, I paid a lot less. Then the best part - the service provided by Lev was great. He responded quickly to emails and phone calls, got my tiles shipped in good time. Some of the tiles arrived broken, and he had replacement tiles shipped quickly at no extra charge and was careful to get my same dye lot. Great value, strong communication, phenomenal attention to detail and kept my house clean the whole time - this team always took the extra time to do things the right way! From the very first visit, Alvaro was knowledgable, transparent and honest. He guided us through the design phase, sharing tips and suggestions to get the best quality work at an affordable price and recommending different materials to purchase so we could really tailor the bathroom to our needs. Once all the materials were here, his crew was onsite for the 5 weeks it took to totally remodel our 2 closets into a brand new bathroom. Was really impressed by fact they spent the whole first day prepping the house so that his team could work efficiently without making any messes (this paid off big time during the messier bits like concrete cutting and sanding drywall). Team was always on time, respectful, and managed my expectations from beginning to end. I've had mixed results with contractors over the years and can attest this is best experience I've ever had. Will be using them again and again and again. The office staff provides good support and communication as the project progresses. They are available and responsive. “I highly recommend The Kitchen Store if you are looking for new cabinets. We are new home buyers; we bought a fixer upper with no kitchen. We worked with Marie to design our layout; she was patient and accommodating. We chose the Omega Cabinets solid maple. It was bumpy towards the middle end of the installation. The installer was not able to finish the job in a timely manner. There was a mistake, and part of our order did not get made, so we had to wait for the whole order. This took an extra 3 weeks. By that time the oringal installer was moved on and I had a pile of cabinet pieces in my kitchen waiting. The manager Jason and the sales rep, Marie worked very hard and fast to get me new installers, and help negotiate final payments and within 2 days all was resolved. I am grateful for the support of Jason and Marie. They assisted a possible shit show and turned it into a pretty good experience. And my kitchen is really coming together.”

After visiting numerous appliance places that were not very helpful, or didn't have anything in stock, a friend recommended APD. Also love they are local right on Washington Blvd. and have been in business for years.
