“This location is always fast for me. I've only done shipping with prepaid labels and dropping off returns, both of which are quick processes, but there's usually no wait or only a few minutes of wait time here, so I'm in and out. The staff is always friendly, too, which is quite rare in service positions around here.
The parking situation is terrible sometimes, I will say that. Still, it's a convenient shipping spot.”
“It would be nice to provide a 2 or 3 hour window when scheduling a pick up. Luke the driver will be there between 9am to 11am or 1:00 to 3:00pm. so the customer can be available vs just guessing what time the driver will come. I missed the first visit cause I was running errands not knowing when to expect the driver.”

“I auction a lot = All over the USA. I RARELY come across a shipping company like Glendale Shipping Center (GSC). The fact is most shippers and shipping companies suck, they just do not care. THIS IS NOT SO at GSC! Let me illustrate by recanting my experience: I won an auction and did not actually realize the shear amount that I had won. I bid on some 1990 TY Beanie Babies, each lot showed a picture of about 20, I won seven lots, but was not told that each lot was approximately 75-125 TY Beanie Babies. Yes, I won 750+ 1990 TY Beanie Babies. The auction house sent my Auction Winnings over to GSC and they called me and let me know just how MUCH I had actually won. Ashley worked with me like no other shipping company I have come across. I genuinely was impressed with everything, EVEN the communication was robust, on-time and continual! We ONLY want a Fair and Reasonable shipping company. I FOUND ONE! I just wish I could replicate the GSC all over the country. I am not sure how they train their people, but the difference is stark and wonderful! THANK YOU GSC - I truly appreciate the outstanding customer experience I was provided through your company!”

“I was about to leave when front desk told me they don't print photo. Luckily, I saw the sign that said printing center so there was another stuff with one customer ahead of me. I waited and asked her if they print photo. She said they only print on regular paper, not a photo paper which was what I wanted. I only need to print photo on regular paper, and I almost missed it if I only listen to the stuff at the shipping service. Finally, I got the picture printed and service was great.”

Only hassle is parking but I more often than not get lucky out front. Also have a lot in the back that’s quite small. Love when their dog is in the shop!”

“Why does this place have such low ratings? This is by far the best place to ship out of. Every single person is nice and helpful, even the quieter employees. Literally best place. I have never had a poor experience here. To the contrary, I have only had good experiences. I am shipping and returning stuff on a regular basis and I always choose this location. The only drawback is parking but that's not their fault and if you're patient there's always cars coming and going. Even with the parking issue I still choose to ship from this FedEx store because they are all nice and cool as hell”
