“My mom had put a stamp which was worth twice the rate of a regular stamp and was sad when he made me pay for another stamp..I thought is was a regular stamp but it wasn't so I didn't notice and he should have! I paid him more money to send my mom's mail and he should have looked at the stamps value and not charged me. He also asked me to return a letter that was put in my mailbox addressed to a different address completely and a different name to my Post Office..I told him the mail man had delivered twice to my house! I said send it to the correct house I don't want to drive to another PO. He finally agreed to take it. Why should it be my problem. I had put it in the outgoing mail after getting it in my mailbox with the flag up and my stupid mailman just didn't even look at it and put on my mailbox again!!! Didn't even look to see the address was a different street, number, and name!!! So why ask me to any more than leave it at ANY post office? So d**** Not my problem. It was someone else's gas company bill. Sheesh!!!”

“Usually have a good experience here, but got nothing but aggravation from tall skinny clerk in turquoise shirt when I tried to drop off Amazon return today. First, he couldn't raise his arm a few inches to scan the QR code on the page I gave him. He expected me to get my phone out and go through all my emails to find the exact same code. He refused to give me a receipt for my package, and again said I had to get my phone out and take a picture of the receipt he wouldn't give me. Why hire people like this when the customer has to do all the work? UPDATE: I heard back from the manager, who was concerned about my experience. Hopefully, all will be well in the future. Changing stars from 1 to 4 today.”

“Most post offices have an open door policy. You can use the self-help kiosk to mail packages or purchase stamps after hours. I go there in the wee hours to avoid any lines. It's very convenient!”

“Come here often for a friend who owns several companies and wouldn't be using this exact UPS store location if it wasn't top notch.I often see customers here obviously suffering from "don't you know who I think I am" and in too much of a hurry to even handle their own business which explains the few negative reviews. The sign on the building says UPS not Amazon and even a monkey should be able to figure out that you CAN'T hold UPS responsible for Amazon's policies or procedures. And even a banana knows that anything "shipped" anywhere needs to be in a box."Free boxes" ? Um, yeah, trying using the "free" box the damn item came in in the first place.Well, it is La Canada adjacent so I guess the over privileged are going to whine, as usual.”
