“Words cannot describe how pleased my company and I are with the services provided here. I had to process a big order of items (50+), all with various sizes, weights, fragility, variety of addresses and more. I had called several companies in my area, and UPS let me know that it would take days if not two weeks to process all of this through them. I called independent shipping centers, and was quoted incredibly high prices, even including the smallest of item. Everything in the Los Angeles/DTLA area couldn't fulfill my requests, especially on such short notice. After browsing yelp for a while, reviewing all reviews, I decided on Burbank Shipping Center. It was honestly a far drive for me, and I had to make multiple trips throughout the week. But it was 100% worth it. A big shoutout to Anthony and Trent for their customer service. They walked me through everything I needed to know, while providing a plethora of options in areas of concern for me, and overall, they knew exactly what they're doing. All my items were well-packed and were beyond my expectations. They had to customize a good amount of boxes as my items were large and unusual in shape. In addition, there wasn't any room for doubt as their quick and efficient work ethic made me feel reassured. It was such an easy and pleasing process to have worked with them. I feel confident in this business, and my company looks forward to the next time we need to ship something out. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! :)”

“This UPS Store was a pleasure to do business with, from my phone call seeking a specific box size and the friendly service Robert provided during that call to the in-store visit to pick up the box. I regret I don't remember the name of the young man with the fabulously curly hair who greeted me, secured the box from Robert and helped me decide on the appropriate packing tape -- his kindness and knowledge were most welcomed.Also, the design of this location made it bright and welcoming -- it exuded a mellow, calm vibe that made my rushed lunchtime visit stress-free. “First things first this business is so convenient and well worth it. I stopped by just to price a mailbox and I left with a key. Compare to every other mailbox services this is the best place. Janel is such a wonderful person and she’s doing amazing at running her company. Whenever I go inside she’s always speaking to her customers and I tend to stay to converse as well it’s a strong sense of community. She’s professional and she connects with her customers. If I could have it my way I will be a customer of here’s forever. If you’re in the market for a mailbox go check her out you will not regret it.”

“Great place. Clean and organized! Staff members are always willing to help.This office is the closest to my house after the one on riverside relocated. Only down side is that parking can be a bit difficult since it's a small lot, however, there is a building next door that offers 3 hour parking for free.”

“I've used Craters & Freighters several times now to ship artwork from California to my home in New York. It is not easy to find a reliable vendor for this kind of service and I highly recommend. Very professional. I always find their communication responsiveness to be excellent (which is very important to me). They pick up at the customer's specified location, they very carefully pack the items, and then they construct custom-built crates to suit each situation. They handle all the shipping of the freight to your location. If you want to pay less and roll the dice, I'm sure there are other options out there. If you have something of value and want to make sure it arrives in perfect condition, call Craters & Freighters. No complaints whatsoever.”

“It saddens me to see that this UPS Store has closed. I was their second customer (Box 102) when moved into my home here in Burbank. That was almost 18 years ago. Sal was amazing. As others have said he was always super helpful and super friendly. I've had some great conversations there with him popping in late in the evening to pick up my mail. I will miss these guys. I have no idea what happened but I wish them well..Meanwhile I am moving on to Earthclass Mail.”
