“My mom had put a stamp which was worth twice the rate of a regular stamp and was sad when he made me pay for another stamp..I thought is was a regular stamp but it wasn't so I didn't notice and he should have! I paid him more money to send my mom's mail and he should have looked at the stamps value and not charged me. He also asked me to return a letter that was put in my mailbox addressed to a different address completely and a different name to my Post Office..I told him the mail man had delivered twice to my house! I said send it to the correct house I don't want to drive to another PO. He finally agreed to take it. Why should it be my problem. I had put it in the outgoing mail after getting it in my mailbox with the flag up and my stupid mailman just didn't even look at it and put on my mailbox again!!! Didn't even look to see the address was a different street, number, and name!!! So why ask me to any more than leave it at ANY post office? So d**** Not my problem. It was someone else's gas company bill. Sheesh!!!”

I have heard people be nosey about a previous employee who was in terrible health. Dumbasses like this Rob want to know things that obviously standing in line behind them can not be discussed by another employee. I own a business and you can not give out any personal details period. Get a grip and find a hobby. You take up my time in line with your frivolous complaints. Signed boohoo”

“Michael was very helpful and attentive. He was very friendly and helped me with what I needed to do quickly and efficiently.The location is great as well. The parking isn't as ample as people in these reviews make it out to be. The parking is usually packed, and the parking lines are drawn strangely to where people mispark their cars so sometimes one car takes up two spaces.Besides that there's no long line and wait. Quiet and Clean. Just don't think that the parking lot is huge and plentiful like how these reviews make it out to seem because its not. It is a huge parking lot but half of it is blocked off for employees.”

Spoiled beverly hills brats are probably the culprits. I can not say enough good things about this place. One time, I was away on business, but needed my friend to pickup my mail. “This is my go-to post office because the staff are friendly and helpful and typically when I go (early morning) the wait time is totally reasonable. Parkings not ideal but there are usually a few spots on the street open if you can't wait a few mins for a spot to open up in the lot.”

“I had a package accidentically delivered to the wrong P.O. Box. Victor, the Supervisor at this branch went above and beyond to help make sure my package was recovered safely. Victor was in contact with me while the package was missing and made sure everything was done to recover the parcel and keep me informed. “For a service that is underpaid and undervalued they always get their job done. The staff at the post office in tujunga is excellent. Usually there is only one person at the desk again due to being underfunded. So usually you have to wait in line for a little bit. But service is thorough and the package gets delivered. Security is so tight at the door which may upset people but if you can look past that then this is one of the cleanest, quickest post offices I have been to in the city. It's located in the federal building making it nice location and I appreciated the service I got”

“Initially I posted one star....but an amazing staff member still on the premises at almost 9PM came to the lobby and fixed the self serve machine so I could get a package out. I was writing the review before I saw him. I was initially frustrated because the lobby was locked on the weekend without website notice. I went back Monday and processed almost $10 in postage for a package...no postage issued....tried again....same thing. Someone did not load postage labels in machine properly. Looks like from the jammed labels there were several before me that walked away without their postage, too. I hope to get the second label refunded. I appreciate the employee that went the extra mile!”

Jose has taken care of my packages both times and he was so helpful and polite; I didn't know how to send a package and he was really patient explaining what I had to do. The office is clean, there's plenty of parking (street & paid lot right next to the building) and staff is friendly.”

“I see bad reviews on this location but honestly it has been the best post office that I have found! I normally drop 60+ items per week and NONE of my packages have been stolen, I used to go to the Van Nuys one and like 8 packages got lost and I had to refund my clients , they’re so nice , there’s a Latina girl helping in the front that she’s always so nice to me , and even the one that scans the packages in the back a told guy he’s also so nice , I really trust them a lot , and I see a lot of people dropping items here and I’m pretty sure they trust this place too , they always have a lot of drop offs”

“first, i went to my local post office in inglewood (90045)unbelievably rude, belligerent, untrained in post office procedures.went to file a change of address for someone who is overseas and authorized me as her representative, as requested by her local PO.despite having a letter from the USPS that outlines the process,inglewood clerks refused to accept the documentation, accused me of lying or fraudulently forging the required letter of authorization that i presented, made up a ridiculous requirement that i should be authorized with power of attorney, then threw me out because i wasnt at my friend's local PO.next i went to this PO (90025; my friend's local PO) and night turned to day. treated with respect and courtesy, change of address accepted without question. and a lovely smile from the lady who helped me.”
