“I don't understand the low rating, I've been here twice in the past month and my experience has been really nice. Jose has taken care of my packages both times and he was so helpful and polite; I didn't know how to send a package and he was really patient explaining what I had to do. The office is clean, there's plenty of parking (street & paid lot right next to the building) and staff is friendly.”

“Super easy to drop off pre stamped packages. Parked right in front, dropped off the package inside, and hopped back into my car. One way street but it loops around back to the front. Be careful turning north when exiting, there’s cars coming from all different directions.”
