“I love it here!! I always end up going with the teller Shatabdi (I hope I spelled it right), she's always so nice to me. Araceli is also really nice and helpful. I don't feel stressed at all coming here, I don't know what people are talking about, just chill!”

“Personal Banker: Amir Abbasi Friday 9/27/2019 around 1015am Went into Citibank for some check deposit. After it is done (it is quite quick compared to other Citibank branches), I have a question on my acct. The teller referred me to Amir for his assistance. I explained my situation to Amir, he "got" it and explained and took care of me immediately. This probably cannot be done using the traditional 800-CITIBANK agent. Press "1", Press "2", Pls hold, we are experiencing longer hold time, music playing, after 10 mins, re-check my acct to make sure it is me. etc Thank you Amir for your assistance. 5 Star service”

“Despite all of the negative reviews that a lot of in-person banking tends to get these days (I believe that people are impatient and don't like standing in line), I am here to say that I have always received stellar service at Wells Fargo, and namely, this branch. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly people. The tellers are all efficient and polite and professional. I never have to wait long in line, as they consistently have ample staffing. When problems arise, the manager(s) are always close at hand and eager to help out. This branch is convenient (lots of parking, central location, easy to get to, good accessible hours), clean, bright, and has a good layout that promotes quick service. I really hope that in-person banking never goes away, because, for some of us, interaction with a live, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable human being is priceless. There are simply services and questions that cannot be dealt with over the phone or online. Please save in-person banking! And Wells Fargo is great. This branch is particularly the best out of all the local ones (Hillsdale, downtown San Mateo, Belmont, downtown Burlingame, Broadway, etc). Foster City Wells Fargo branch is my go-to place for great service with a smile, and help with all of my banking needs & questions. I come here every week and the staff here feel like family/friends. They really deserve the recognition for all their hard, professional work!”

“I had a great time visiting this branch to open a chase saphire preferred card! I had been eyeing it for the longest time and recently they decided to offer a really great intro bonus. I heard it was better to open an account in branch (better perks) so I made an appointment here with Priscilla! She's amazing and we had so much fun chatting about travel and our future travel plans! :) She was also super skilled at answering all my questions and overall helping me to open this card I've had my eyes set for a long while. She even rush shipped it for it to arrive earlier. She's the best! Thanks again!”
