“B of A teller desk experience in the past years had been horrific. They are slow, slow, and slow. The Belmont Ralston Branch today is a surprising difference. I came 15 minutes before closing and there were 10 people waiting in line. By the time I get to the window the wait was only 5 minutes. The two ladies at the desk, Maria and Jasmine, were extremely efficient. Other branches including Daly City and Foster City need to learn from them.”
