“My wife and I had been planning for over a year to purchase a new safer and more practical vehicle to fit our needs and lifestyle, and since I'd had very good experiences with this dealership with past ownership and services of my Mercedes vehicles, it was a no brainer to come back to custom order our new 2024 GLC300. And as luck would have it, we ended up working with Zane Ma as our contact (internet) Sales Manager.I don't quite recall how we were first introduced to Zane, but he was the one we kept in touch with all the while, from going on test drives, answering the mountain of questions we had, till it was finally time to place our custom order, and he has been nothing but amazing since day one. What we also very much appreciated was Zane's actual understanding of our wants/needs and being able to help us choose the options that would be most useful to us, recommended against those we didn't need and/or would likely never use, and even went out of his way to get us the best price possible (despite how "hot" in demand this SUV is) without too much of the usual stressful and exhausting back and forth price haggling. All this really helped keep the entire car buying process fun, exciting, and stress-free. In my honest opinion, Zane is a great guy who's very honest, caring, patient, knowledgeable about MB vehicles, and did a great job helping us through our car ordering/buying process.After having finally placed the order and paid the deposit, Zane always made the effort to stay in constant touch with us, keeping us updated via email with dates of when our car was scheduled to begin its production, when it was completed, when it was shipped out, when it arrived at the port, and the date it was finally delivered to the dealership and ready to be picked up. We couldn't have been happier as Zane truly made most of this car buying experience exciting, fun, and most importantly, stress-free.However, I wouldn't say that this whole car buying process went without some unpleasant bumps toward the end. We did have some issues which caused tense and heated moments with the Finance Manager who was assigned to finalize the signing of our paperwork, and who took the final payments to complete the purchase. As such, a Sales Manager (Mossy) had to be brought in to intervene, to hear out my wife's concerns, and I must admit that he did a great, courteous, and professional job settling the matter. He further assured us that they all work as a team at this dealership and that their customers' experience is of paramount importance as this is precisely what will either gain or lose their customer's trust, loyalty, and business. As such, we were happy and satisfied with the outcome.A few days later, my wife subsequently also contacted the General Manager (Kekoa) by email to make him aware of our incident/experience, and as hoped, he was also so nice, understanding, and professional in responding promptly and assuring her that this was not the kind of treatment of their customers that they expect, condone, and tolerate. He further assured us that the Finance Manager involved would be spoken to make sure this never happens to any customer again in the future.Despite the bumpy ending to what was turning out to be a great car buying experience, I would still definitely give my business to this MBFR dealership for any future car purchases or services simply because they really do care, they are within convenient driving distance from our home, and my wife says they provide hot and delicious Starbucks coffee in the waiting lounge :)”
