“I failed to see on my DMV renewal that I needed a smog check in order to get my 2024 tags so I had to get my car smog check ASAP. At first the person who helped me was a little gruff but it was early in the morning the day after Thanksgiving and he quickly warmed up. What impressed me the most is the time it took to get in and out of there. He got right down to business and I don't even think I was there 15 minutes. The other thing I liked is that I told him I had a coupon and he didn't even have to look at it before giving me the discount. At the place I went to last time I needed the smog check, the guy fought with me because I didn't print out and bring the coupon with me. I refused to pay without the discount and he finally caved, but nobody wants that experience. This experience was great in comparison and I not only recommend this place but will be back when it is time to get the smog check again.”

Your front desk team made accommodations to service my car even though I had no apt. The second was when I brought my son’s car in for maintenance even though it was not due. “Recently I've felt like "I need to start writing more 3 or 4 star reviews, to show balance", but my experience at Tony's is NOT one where I'm going to start. When you find a mechanic that is not only knowledgable and has solid work ethic, but shows EMPATHY? Yeah, that's one you hold on to. Tony and his wife Susan were incredibly kind to me, even when my first time there I was not as patient due to the stress of the situation that I brought to THEIR door step. But after a month and a half and 3 or 4 positive experiences, I can honestly say this is a great place to bring your car when you are up the proverbial automotive creek without a paddle. They will take care of you. It may not look exactly as you had expected, but that's their job. To explain the reality, point out your options, and do a thorough job, while not making you feel like the less then mechanically inclined individual many of us are. Will be back. For sure.”

“What a great experience, we had our breaks changed at another dealer and asked this dealer (Solely) to fix the squeaking sound. They checked the brakes and make a few adjustments and didn’t charge us since the repair was minor and a cleaning only.Our next visit was due to the engine light coming on. I commute weekly to the Inland Empire from OC - lots of mileage placed on my car.I knew I could call Hanson’s Auto Glass to have the windshield repair fixed quickly. Eddie was willing to repair the windshield the day I called. It was raining so I preferred to wait until after the New Year’s Holiday. Like clockwork, Eddie arrived right on the scheduled date /time.
