“Awesome service at Fabricante Auto Body from Fred. I went in this morning for some scratches on my Tesla. I was prepared to be told I will need to have the bumper replaced. Fred said he’ll see what he can do. He took the car in the back and had his team work on it. After a few minutes he brought the car back with most of the scratches gone! They were able to buff most of it out. And at no charge!!! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Fred. You definitely deserve a 5-star!!”
“i needed to find a new mechanic ASAP and stumbled upon these genuine beings . i took my car in for an oil change after making a same day appointment . i could've been out in an hour but the oil change comes with an inspection and David ( that magical being ) kept coming out to explain the little things my car needed . but explained it to me like a person - no mansplaining because i'm a woman or speaking as if i'm a mechanic and i look under my hood , cause i don't . even quoted me for future work on my car and told me the levels of urgency and i wasn't mad at the quote at all !!! this experience was so good i made an appointment before i left to bring my wife car . can't believe it took me so long to find them . my life ain't been the same since !!! all of the people working there are of high quality and are so kind - the receptionist was so personable , she just was laughing and smiling BOTH days and you can tell the people get along the culture don't lie !”
“Quality and bargain service you can't beat! Once you walk in, you are greeted at the door and treated like family. I get my tires aligned here often and the turn around time is about 1 hour depending on how busy it is. Nice lounge area you can hang out and wait for your car as well! This place will quote you much lower for alignment compared to any dealer or brake shop around! Once you come here, you'll never be looking for another brake and wheel shop.”
“Once again these guys did a great job! My new motorhome had a pull to the left and the steering was 'loosy-goosey' (a technical term) - the RV sales guy said 'oh that's normal'. Nope it's not. I took it to OC, they checked it, then corrected the alignment and straightened the steering wheel. THANKS GUYS!!”

“I came to this shop because of the reviews and am so glad that I did. My car was making a noise only in the morning when I started it. Mike did a lot of research on it not seeing anything wrong with the functioning of the vehicle to find out it was something common with Infiniti. He could have definitely told me something was wrong with the car and charged me for something I wouldn't have known any different. Mike is an honest man and I will definitely trust him for any of my future automotive needs and I have already recommended him to some friends.”

“I called them after receiving a seemingly ridiculously high estimate for work from the garage nearby that I’d been using for the last 15 years. I’m glad that I did. The other guy quoted me 1,350 for timing belt and they SV quoted at 1000. (A 3rd place quoted 1850).SV was also about half of what my old place wanted for rear brakes.Adolfo was the guy I spoke with. Very helpful and offered suggestions on tire replacement that also saved me several hundred dollars.They are a not a fancy shop —but who cares? I just want quick quality service at a good fair price.Very happy with my first experience there”

“The best shop for BMW E92 M3 owners.Malek came highly recommended by members in a BMW forum.I brought my car in for rod bearings, alignment and other service. He found a cracked control arm that another shop had overtightened. We decided to replace both sides, he ordered the parts, did the repairs and the only guy I have found who really knows how to properly align a car with fully adjustable suspension i.e. track, wheelbase, camber, caster, then he weight balanced the car as well. I arrived with a brake problem. and I was billed $170 to diagnose and find the cause of the problem. when the master got behind the wheel and drove away. the car repaired itself. I still haven’t figured out how. but the master wanted to continue the inspection. I refused. the guys wasted their time on me and didn’t take my money. I am thankful. it's fair of them. and honestly where is it worth going there ?”
“I recently bought a 2016 Discovery Sport and while I was generally happy with the purchase, I was looking for a reputable LR specialist to give it the once over for peace of mind. After searching around I came across West Coast Rovers which already had good reviews but being new to the area (from the UK), I had not experienced them personally before.I speculatively made a booking enquiry late on Thursday evening for 10am the following day and sure enough around 9am Friday, the booking was confirmed! Super efficient!I took the car in and explained that I was looking for a check-up and a service (oil change etc). I left the vehicle there for a couple of hours or so and received a call early afternoon that day to say that everything was done and the car was generally in good condition (which was a relief!)The inspection and the service was a very reasonable price and Jeff was very straightforward and helpful throughout, advising that they had found a small leak which could be resolved at a later date. He even checked that I had had the appropriate smog testing done as part of the vehicle purchase before clearing off any old error codes.I was extremely happy with the experience and would 100% recommend for anyone with a LR for their serving needs.
