“These guys are legit. I had a loud grinding metal noise that would happen out of nowhere for a short period of time and was totally inconsistent. Ricardo and his team had trouble recreating the sound, but after inspection he had a hunch it was the rotors. He was very transparent about the fact that he couldn't guarantee it was the problem (since they couldn't recreate the noise), but that it was his best guess. Turns out he was right. He got me 2 new front rotors and after a week of commuting to work, the sound is gone. He offered multiple options for pricing on the rotors and a fair cost for the labor. Quick work too. Overall it just felt like they took care of the job as if I was someone they knew personally. I've had my fair share of bad mechanic stories and I know it can be hard to find a shop you can trust. I'll definitely be back next time I need some work done.”

“I am writing this review, but I don't want to write this review, because I selfishly want to keep this place a secret so it doesn't one day become a place I'd have to wait hours for service at. So turn around and don't read this review. They suck, go elsewhere so I can share them only with all the other people who have been secretly appreciating their honesty and low prices for over a decade. Their guys Jimmy and Jeff treat everyone the same. I don't feel favoritism of those who speak their native tongue, over me who can't. I have seen them keep the same mechanics, so very few of their mechanics are high turn over. At most, they needed more help and got a few new guys. They even do things to save you money. For example, "You need this to repair and its $350, but its not a safety hazard nor required for proper use of your vehicle. It just makes the drive smoother for comfort. So since your car has 200K plus, I wouldn't recommend it, but its your choice." Sometimes I do choose to do things and they say , "Why waste money?" as if they were my own dad watching out for my wallet. LOL”

I asked how much it cost, and he said "don't worry about it, we've got caps laying around." I would go back again.
