“I originally left Penske a negative review, due to a perceived quality issue on a repair I had performed on my BMW, after it was rear ended. Essentially, the edges on the bumper cover sensor holes were jagged. In response to that review, Heidi called and emailed me directly. She explained what issues I may have inadvertently attributed to them, and acknowledged my genuine concerns about the workmanship. The issue was relatively minor, and could only be seen when close to the vehicle. She was adamant that I bring the vehicle back in, and they'd pay the cost of a rental. I turned the offer down, as the inconvenience of having to go through the ordeal is a hassle, but I appreciated the gesture. In my initial review, and in my own ignorance, I didn't include the work that must be performed behind the scenes, on behalf of myself, in sorting out a repair such as this with the insurance company. The fact that they were so forthcoming, fair, and willing to stand behind their work speaks volumes about the quality of this business. I would not recommend getting your car repaired anywhere else.”

“If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Jose Madrid is excellent at his job! He is very friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond. They fixed my 2005 Ford Mustang and made it look like nothing ever happened. I was also especially impressed by this place because they are very affordable and efficient. I originally went to Fix Auto right down the street from Madrid Auto Body because my insurance recommended them but Fix Auto deemed my car totaled and tried to up-charge us by saying they needed to replace parts that were barely damaged instead of repairing them. When I saw Madrid Auto Body’s reviews I decided to try them and I’m very glad I did because they were $1,600 cheaper and had much better customer service. I can’t give enough thanks for Madrid for fixing my car!Services: Painting”

“Jorge is amazing, he goes above and beyond expectations, stands behind his work, and does it the right way, no shortcuts. The factory clear coat on my car was worn away, so took it here to repaint. He sanded it to the metal and repainted, sent me pictures along the way. The color match was perfext, and it was the best price out of 4 shops I got quotes from. 2 years later part of it looked faded, which he showed me was just haziness of dust from me not washing it regularly. He buffed it out and made it look new again. I also took my son's very old car to him to see if he could just do a very quick and dirty paint job, but he basically said no, he would do it the same as all of his work, no shortcuts. He obviously has pride in his work.”

The office lady (don't recall her name), jumped right on looking at what the options were - an amazing team! They all went the extra mile to pinpoint the issue, explain it to us, and walk us through the next steps! I don't wish for any more diff/axle issues, but if we get another, they are the shop to go to!”

“I had a great experience purchasing my seat covers from superlamb. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by a smiling worker who knew all about the various seat covers they offer. I settled on a neoprene model for my Camry the owner came out and went over specifications and we set up an install appointment. The front covers went in just fine but the back seat there were issues because the seat was not a standard 50/50 seat but a 60/40 and had a pull down armrest. It took a very long time to get it right with two visits and this is in NO way a dig rather they took all the time needed to make sure the job was done perfect. I didn't mind at all the extra time I know they wanted it to be just right and I very much appreciate the effort it took. There was much customization to get it right and I am 100% satisfied and very happy with the end product. Great job Superlamb! If I could give them 10 stars I gladly would!”
