“I originally left Penske a negative review, due to a perceived quality issue on a repair I had performed on my BMW, after it was rear ended. Essentially, the edges on the bumper cover sensor holes were jagged. In response to that review, Heidi called and emailed me directly. She explained what issues I may have inadvertently attributed to them, and acknowledged my genuine concerns about the workmanship. The issue was relatively minor, and could only be seen when close to the vehicle. She was adamant that I bring the vehicle back in, and they'd pay the cost of a rental. I turned the offer down, as the inconvenience of having to go through the ordeal is a hassle, but I appreciated the gesture. In my initial review, and in my own ignorance, I didn't include the work that must be performed behind the scenes, on behalf of myself, in sorting out a repair such as this with the insurance company. The fact that they were so forthcoming, fair, and willing to stand behind their work speaks volumes about the quality of this business. I would not recommend getting your car repaired anywhere else.”

“If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Jose Madrid is excellent at his job! He is very friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond. They fixed my 2005 Ford Mustang and made it look like nothing ever happened. I was also especially impressed by this place because they are very affordable and efficient. I originally went to Fix Auto right down the street from Madrid Auto Body because my insurance recommended them but Fix Auto deemed my car totaled and tried to up-charge us by saying they needed to replace parts that were barely damaged instead of repairing them. When I saw Madrid Auto Body’s reviews I decided to try them and I’m very glad I did because they were $1,600 cheaper and had much better customer service. “I am not one to normally give recommendations....I'm not related to anyone in this business. But I have been a 100% satisfied customer of theirs for over 25 years...and two sets of owners. Interestingly over all these years...the same painter. They do an awesome job and have painted and repaired at least a dozen cars for me. I would go nowhere else. The brothers running the business have combined experience and skills far beyond their years. The bodywork is perfection accomplished in a separate facility from the collsion section. Keeping everything immaculate for the prep work prior to the paint facility. These guys are perfectionists...they have painted and repaired a Lamborghini and a few other exotics for me as well as my large motorhome and lots of everyday vehicles that needed spot repairs.. no...they do not have a huge RV booth...they pulled basement access doors and matched the paint scheme...and graphics perfectly. I've been a car nut ... private collector since 1985.. and these are my go to guys. TRUST ME on this.....these kinds of skills are a product of personal pride...and it shows. Good work boys. “My son purchased a used Ford Focus from a local dealership; the morning after the purchase we found rust on bottom lip and edges of both front fenders. Unfortunately, the dealership refused to repair since we noticed it after the sale. After checking out Yelp reviews and taking the car to 2 other local shops for estimates, we stopped in at Car Coat for a third estimate. Cody carefully evaluated the area and explained that previous owner had rolled in the edges of the front fenders; this cracked the paint and caused rust to develop on the exposed edges of metal. Cody was courteous, understood our situation and gave us an affordable quote for a thorough repair of both front fenders. He and his crew were able to complete the work within 1 week.
